Literally threw away my diamond I sent to have remounted and charged me for a replacement instead of using the one I saved for the repair. I will spend the rest of my life heartbroken over the only piece of jewelry I've ever been sentimental about thanks to this experience. Glad you all had a great experience otherwise or just accepted what was given. J P Parkerson would've seen the diamond and never thrown it away. I'm just absolutely physically sick over this.

So, I lost the earrings to a beautiful set my husband purchased  for me years ago and I want to replace  them with something similar. What I could have gotten was " Here is our selection and if you do not find what you are looking for, be gone tasteless, picky,cheap shopper".  WHAT I GOT WAS..." That style is no longer available, and I don't  see anything in our current stock that will do the set justice.   Let's take a look in our books and see if something says I AM THE ANSWER TO YOUR PRAYERS!" Note, I did not find an answer to my prayers,  but I found a jewelry store that has my business, my respect, and all my referrals

I went in and got 2 backings for my diamond earrings and got the links on my solar watch shortened to fit my narrow wrist. The pricing was less than $40. I am very pleased with the service.
