As someone who has had to have TONS of dental work all her life, I have been happy to switch over to small office care vs. large clinic offices. A lot less pressure and more personal. I have had work done by both Dr. Thompson and Dr. Zhan and both have been responsive and thorough. Though his in-mouth manner is a bit aggressive, he is fast and has always been able to fix any of my pain issues accurately and efficiently his outward manner is quite friendly, though!. The entire staff at this office has always been welcoming, accommodating, and reassuring.

The doctors, assistants, and staff at West St. Paul Family Dentistry are very good at what they do. Each of my procedures from routine cleanings to crown work was done efficiently and thoroughly. Dr. Zahn is both professional and caring e.g. often checking on the pain level. I would recommend their services to any of my friends.

I recently moved to the area and searched for the perfect family dentist. I found the one! The care I received was gentle and informative, the atmosphere friendly and relaxed, the billing procedures explained thoroughly and professionally. I highly recommend this dental practice!

They have not only been there for me for routine care and cleanings, but have also always been able to fit me into their schedule for emergencies. I have received dental care from these folks for a number of years everything from crowns, cleaning, fillings, etc.. Dr. Zahn is a fantastic dentist; he's kind, quick, and scrupulous about his work. The rest of his staff are also lovely to their customers.

My husband asked me to email you and give you a review. My husband is Neil M Dulas. He was a patient of Dr Keith Ostrosky. His first appointment was a cleaning, at that time he was told he needed a root canal. Two appointments later, the root canal was finished. It was very professional and no pain. Neil is very pleased with all the work. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Carrie is VERY thorough and extremely knowledgeable about her job duties. Extremely pleasant and never forgets to relay any concerns I may have to the dentist. Only negative I had is that I was not told on my appointment confirmation message that Wentworth was blocked off. Luckily I was a bit familiar with WSP to find an alternative route to get to the office.

Jane is very caring and knowledgeable about her job, she is also very personable during your stay which really helps. Answers questions when needed. Dr. Zahn I haven't met before , but really liked w as very easy to get to know. I had to leave 2 years ago because of ins. Im glad to be back.

After my regular dentist retired in South St Paul I was referred to West St Paul Family Dentistry. Although I live in Woodbury I was glad I selected Dr Zahn. The hygienist was very thorough and within the last month Dr Zahn replaced an old crown. Everything was very professional. Rod Hanson
