Had my MRI done Early this morning it was cold and rainy out side but they had the office nice and toasty. The reception was very friendly very warm and caring. I was happy that there was a place to put my belongings and it was big enough for my big backpack . Technician was very warm and informative and very caring .I was cold & they gave me a blanket . And they provided me with earplugs which is a must . All & all my experience here it was very calm and caring I truly appreciate going to an office where the people that work there treat you like a person like a friend good job to the people in your office happy Thanksgiving . Thank you for a good visit .

After filling out a few of the required forms, they promptly got me in and started. Instructions were clear and the lady technician was very nice and reassuring. She kept me informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. The lady at the front desk was equally nice and helpful and quickly produced a disk I could take to my doctor. I recommend.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my MRI procedure. I have used this facility many times before and had MRIs performed on me by excellent staff. They were very nice and compassionate while doing their job properly. This time was a completely different experience. The person who performed my procedure seemed to lack empathy. She was not asking how I felt or if I was alright while being in the tube, and when she took my arm out for applying the contrast, she was hurting me a lot but was not communicating properly with me about her actions. While being halfway in the tube, I was crying, telling her that she was hurting me but she kept going. Even when I was sobbing she did not show any signs of compassion. She did not seem to have the emotional tools that are needed for someone who is doing the job that she does. She told me that my arm will be swollen because the contrast solution spilled into my tissue but this would not be a problem. However when I went to my family doctor’s office for a blood drawn right after, they could not use this arm because of the swelling. I understand from my doctor that this MRI facility is under new management since my last visit.

Good customer service, friendly and professional technologists, and I was in and out in no time. The office and waiting areas seemed very clean as well. My doctor got the report back the same day. Would definitely recommend!

I first met the receptionist and she’s gorgeous. Not only was she beautiful but very quick in bringing me in with the technician Ben. Ben made sure I was very comfortable when in the chamber to get my MRI. Great experience!

Scheduling was not user friendly. I have a cardiac stent, after giving g all my information, they said we will call you back. I waited for two days, no call. I called back and had to go through the entire registration process again. Once at the imaging center, things went smoothly. Front office personnel and MRI tech were professional and friendly.

Been trying to get a refund on an over payment for two months. Their third party billing company is terrible and just keeps saying they have sent the refund check over to the doctors to be signed and they will mail it when it is returned. How long does it take to sign a check? The IRS is faster than this...

They were prompt, friendly, courteous, and explained everything along the way. Unlike their competition “ProHealth” who kept me waiting for over two hours before I finally just walked out.

Very nice people. Great front desk. Very accommodating. The technician that did my MRI was kind and professional. What more can you ask for?

They had me bounsed from Huntington Park to Anaheim to LA. MRI Machines not working, had to wait for over an hour. The LA office was great! The MRI Technician was fantastic with great personality and very professional.
