I always call Westan Insurance for my insurance needs.  And tell all my friends to do the same.  They shop the best deals and help me navigate all the technical language I don't understand so I can get the insurance product I want.  And when I have needed them, I am calling someone who works for me to negotiate with the insurance companies.  When you get insurance directly from an insurance company, and you call them when you need something, you are talking to an employee who works for that company; not someone who works for you.  There is a big difference.  Plus you probably paid more.  Give them a try.  They can help with unique insurance needs too.  Happy/frequent client since 2009.

I have had absolutely nothing but positive experiences with this insurance agency, I usually don't call out individuals but in this instance Rebecca and RB are Phenomenal agents that treat everyone of their customers like family!

I have been with Westan Insurance for a few years now and have never really had to deal with them. But recently I have been shopping around for new insurance and it turns out that they REALLY don't like that in the Union City Branch.  Either way, I found MUCH better insurance and asked to cancel my current policy. More rudeness and difficulty there. Obviously the woman on the phone is upset that I am leaving, but then tells me that I have to come up to the office to fill out a form to cancel.  You don't need to sign anything if you forget to pay?  NOW, I go to call the actual insurance provider, ALFA... Tried to call them, sat on the phone on hold for 20 minutes without ever speaking to a person. Go check out the reviews for them. All one star, no one is ever there to pick up the phone. It's a damn good thing I never needed my insurance.  $32 and a stop payment later..  I'll never deal with Westan Insurance again.  Too bad they lost Jake. He was great to deal with.
