Westark Inn

There are bugs all over the place... Literally crawling in the shower everything. And when you leave the room they heavily inspect the room in front of you before they give you the deposit back. Dude counted the towels individually. And it smells horrible there not worth it when there's literally suites down the street that are cheaper. They need to lower their prices or do some renovations.

Kinda sketchy but I mean it is what it is. Not as bad as the garden lodge.

Shady, cash only deposit for room key and TV remote, “based on customer”, could be $20, $40, or $50. per older woman who checked us in. Was told I would receive when key and remote were turned in at check out. Checkout is 10:30 am. Motel staff arrived at room as we were packing up the car and demanded room key, remote and that we vacate the room it was 10:32 am. I explained were were retrieving last items and were headed to office to check out. We collected our things and turned in the key and TV remote to the present staff. Staff then inspected the room and then stripped the bed. I asked about the deposit return for key and TV remote snd staff said they would continue inspection. We left the room clean, undamaged and piled towels, etc. as i explained the deposit was for key and remote, staff started yelling what will you do I don’t give it to you? Recognized the scam and left the motel.

Paid for a week but was only able to stay 1 night. I was given no money at all back. There was also roaches.Rooms: 1/5

I had a drunk we're not pals anymore woman show up that I hadn't seen in months. Although management said camera showed her and her 2 dogs staying with us days longer than true. 20$ and we're not thrown out homeless.. Food & drinks: Fast food

Pathetic and UnReal for the prices. The first night found marijuana in my room. They use people.Rooms: 2/5

Good place to catch hepatitis, get bedbugs, and get robbed or ripped off not necessarily in that order.

After stopping at the River valley inn up the street a little ways and being treated very poorly we decided to leave that place and go to the Westark inn it was very early in the morning around 1 a.m. we rang the bell at the window and were greeted by smiling face pay for the room there was a remote and Key deposit but upon returning the key and remote it was returned once again with a smile no problem at all the rooms were decent I would stay there again 100 times if I was to revisit fort Smith Arkansas

The rooms are terrible, linens not clean, just bad, badRooms: 1/5

I'm changing my review to 1 star. We have lived at that motel since Dec. They have never heard any problems from us and I have helped them with cleaning for free. Owner was rude and downright disrespecting to me and my fiance. He says he won't call cops it to his establishment but proved otherwise. Then he had the gall to call some people I know and accuse me off stealing when their belongings came up missing out of his storage. If I could put 0 stars I would. The only good thing I can say is that his wife is a good, kind hearted woman who doesn't deserve what he's doing.
