A great library that is always striving to improve services for its patrons. Excellent children's programs, a library of things, board games, seed library, Nintendo switch games, puzzles. This library really has it all. And a great staff, to top it all off.
I cannot say enough good things about the Westborough library it is a godsend the staff does an amazing job Kaitlyn Meghan Juan Tony........everyone does an amazing job and it is a vital resource to the community
A wonderful place to get your next favorite book or movie, or just let your child play for a bit. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend it for a nice quiet to sit, read or think.
Very loud library: staff and visitors make no effort to talk softly/quietly in the adult section. Not a reliable place for quiet studying, reading, or working.

Super nice librarians. Small but quaint selection of books; their library of things includes snowshoes and other cute miscellaneous stuff for your house.
Needed a biography book for my son for a school assignment. Quick stop, got one. Went for a book in a series, they didn't have it here but placed an order to ship one from another location for a pick up later. Good place for kids books.
This is a fantastic library. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Hannah the main librarian of the children's sections. She has infused so much freshness and vibrancy to the overall look and feel of the kids' library and programs like the summer reading program. My 7yr old is always up for spending time at the library which a great recommendation in itself. I also appreciate all the community events done at the library - it's a huge part of why we love living in Westborough!
It's a wonderful local resource. WIsh I could make more time to explore the shelves, racks and data sources available there. Looking forward to smpending more time there this winter! The librabrians are awesome!
Love this library. Lots of goings on, community resources, great staff and updated furnishings. However, people hanging out here all day near computers eating chips etc very annoying and rude. Also to make copies you must have coins no cc.
