I have never had a good experience at this post office. The employees are always aggressive and nasty. I only come here when necessary and every time I absolutely dread it. I have never met such a miserable group of people in my life.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The was the worst office I have ever gone to. Super sketchy. Employees complaining for everyone to hear. So many other issues to list, but I felt so uncomfortable here & couldn’t wait to leave.
This is the worse usps location ever! They work mad slow and they only have one person working while others are just chilling. I wish the managers at this location will take their jobs seriously! Who can i report this to?
They never have enough clerks at the front windows. Very often the line is out to the building 's entrance. It seems as if there isn't a sense of of urgency to clear the line. 7/6/23 Went in this place masqueradeing as a post office. 89 degrees today, no airflow for the 8 of us waiting for the two postal workers. I and another person almost passed out. Then one worker closed har window as I approached, told me wait for the other lady. Was very rude and un caring.. Us postal service in Westbury must do better.
Came in 4/5/23 at 9:15am to only one female working behind the counter and I asked for a large priority flat rate box and priority tape to tape my box, and she told me I have to pay for it when I send out a large priority box every other day and every other post office I went to supplies it. she Didn’t want to give me it, saying they don’t ever supply tape horrible customer service and attitude will never go back here
Terrible place if you are in a rush. People have their lunch breaks more important than actually working.
Went in for my passport and was done in less than 15 minutes. Friendly and helpful.
Just want to thank Caro and Michelle at USPS Westbury. You’re both the epitome of customer service. They went above and beyond to assist me this evening when I dropped a very important mail off and forgot to place a stamp on the envelope. It was also after 6pm. Thanks to the other lady who was on her way out to go home. She took the time to ask me if I was ok and if I needed help. It’s great to know that people like you exist. A huge thank you!!!
Waited 3 whole ours and they were being rude for being impatient!! Huh yea if you the lady in the bun that works there is reading this go get a life so rude and disrespectful. Before telling me rude stuff for being impatient and I waited 3 whole hours fix your self and your life lady
This place is very racist and postal worker CHARLIE THOMAS and MANAGER both are RACIST AND VERY RUDE. They are very nasty and need to go to behavioral workshop. They do not deserve this job at all! i would have give them 0 instead on 1 star. For good service stay away from this disastrous environment.
