I needed an MRI and was extremely nervous. The office assistant put my nerves at ease and I was able to complete the procedure in less than 30 minutes. Office was neat and clean and wait time was reasonable. Thank you, Westchester Advanced Image.
It took such a long time to be seen and on top of that the ladies at the front desk were not very nice. I'm sorry but if somebody goes to your office, you gotta acknowledge their presence. They saw me and wouldn't say anything until I spoke to them. Now on the other hand once we were called inside the exam room, the tech and the lady helping him were nice. But I will never go back there.
Attentiveness, professional, friendly, and not a long wait! My appointment was 9:30 and they called me in at 9:30 I was about 15 minutes early! But overall they were very nice! Got me in and out in a very timely manner! Really organized took good care of me! I am pleased with my visit! Look forward to next years visit
First off you actually answered the phone when my usual radiology center failed me by never answering and then promising to call back in 24 hours….5 days later no call. Westchester advanced imaging answered on the first ring and gave me an appointment for 3 days later. Thank you so much because I was worried and in pain. The ultrasound tech Maya was lovely, sweet, caring and gentle. Plus I live in Westchester so it was very convenient. Thank you.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They answered all my questions and made the process easy to follow. The technician was very professional, patient, and gave clear instructions on what they needed me to do so they could do the imaging.
The staff here were really friendly. However, the stars are really for the wait times, that are ridiculous. There were multiple people there who had been waiting for over an hour to be seen. It seems like there shouldn't be so many folks scheduled at the same time. I myself was also waiting for over an hour, then had to pay for parking in the lot for this time that seems like should've taken around 30 min.
If I could give less than one star, I would. The whole place was dilapidated and creepy feeling. The office was packed and although I was on time it didn't seem like I would be seen on time. The front desk people told me my insurance wouldn't pay although I already spoke with my insurance and they said it was covered. She tried to get me to pay out of pocket. The whole experience was awful and sketchy so I left. So disappointed bc I waisted a whole day off work etc etc and still need to get my imaging but was way too gross there. I have never written a review before but wanted to help anyone else avoid this place.
10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. Rude. Unprofessional and down right Lazy. The security guard was all of those things and more. I arrived at 11:20 am to sign in as a walk in. The security guard immediately said I have an 11:30 and 11:40 and we go to lunch at 12 so you have to come back at 1pm. With zero regard for my day or schedule or anything, just come back in 1-2 hours. I replied that it’s11:20 and I’m the only person here. I’m just getting bloodwork not a drug screening or whatever else they do. I also informed him that I had tested for this blood test. His 11:30 appt arrived followed by the 11:40. The 11:30 exited by 11:35 and the 11:40 exited at 11:36. I waited patiently to be called and at 11;45 asked if I would be called since there was still 15 min before lunch and the first patient had left with 24 min left to assist me. He replied that as I mentioned they probably won’t because we go to lunch and they have to prep blah blah blah. He was lazy and so were they. There was no reason not to assist me and the irony is all the while on the tv screen they have a video playing talking about how helpful their employees are and that they will not keep you waiting. I informed the guard that I was def leaving a review and he just said go ahead. I guess if your normal YELP rating is already 1 star you feel like you can’t drop any lower. But they would be wrong to assume that. I live in Redondo Beach and it’s shameful that the service is like night and day. I pity the patients that have to patron this location. He offered to reschedule but there was no valid reason I should have to return to that god awful place. I’ll waste my gas to drive to Beverly Hills where the treatment is leaps and bounds above facilities like this. SMH
If you want to be treated as sub human and a name on a piece of paper while dealing with serious issues of health, life, and death - then look no further! The staff here will happily oblige. From their incompetent scheduling department who will schedule appointments that apparently “aren’t the way we do things” to the not so super supervisor who will berate you and treat you like garbage in front of your own child for THEIR scheduling error, it’s sure to be the time of your life. Perhaps it’ll even cost you your life. They are rude. Disorganized. And for so many people who may be in a very medically and emotionally fragile time in their lives - they deserve better. Do all you can do avoid them.
This is my first time coming to this place and I want to say thank you. I am always very nervous before this procedure. But this time the technician who attended me for the mammogram was very patient and kind. That helped me calm down and the mammogram was less painful.
