I would be wary of this place. All I tried to do was call to see what insurance they took, and the receptionist was very hostile and combative on the phone. When dealing with mental health, which often takes a lot of courage to call and try to make an appointment in the first place, I think this practice should try and find someone with a little more kindness to work the phones. She treated me like I was a child and her tone was abrasive and aggressive for no reason. I would prefer not to go into more detail, but would gladly for anyone who needs more clarity. Edit: I went on Yelp and found similar responses. This is quoted by someone else who did a review on Yelp back in 2019. "My experience with the Dr. was great. The receptionist Joyce is the reason I had to change Doctors. She is very aggressive over the phone making the conversation her way or the highway sort of speak. I travel a lot for my job and tried to organize the time and place to send my electronic script to with a different receptionist. Joyce aggressively interrupted that phone call I was having to get me off the phone, disconnects the call, hung up on me two more times the second time I was in mid explanation... I know she is probably a good person, but her unprofessionalism and tone dealing with behavioral medicine patients is completely uncalled for. Aside from the receptionist the Dr care was excellent and I do recommend others putting their trust in his care. Just be aware scheduling, or any receptionist related interactions might encounter similar aggression from her."

Very validating hearing that others had the same bad experience with Joyce who was hostile, aggressive and accusatory with me on the phone. A shame what hoops you have to go through to get an appointment here!
