Thank you to the staff for the great service today. For $60 they change the oil, I got a car wash and tires checked. The gentleman who did the oil was very professional and explained everything. I came in here to get an oil change done and they provided a car wash and they also put air in my tires for such a low price. After I left I was so satisfied at how clean my car was and how I got 3 things done all in 1 low price. I would definitely recommend!!
Every time I get my car wash here there’s always something. They try to rush the job and it results in the car being poorly cleaned. Today was the last straw!!! My passenger seat was left with a mess of sprinkles which was the reason why I went to the car wash in the first place like how could you miss it?!!Services: Auto interior vacuuming
Took my car that I got literally a week ago. Wanted to get salt off of my car and figured I’d stop here to give it a quick rinse. Worst choice I could of made, either one of their workers or machines ended up scratching my front bumper passing the clear coat and paint. Spoke to the supervisor and he completely dismissed the matter even after showing me on camera that I didn’t arrive with the scratch on the bumper. Please avoid if you like your car being treated the way it should.
I don't recommend anyone to take they car there. I change my engine oil . Went they finish with the oil change. I myself check the oil level and I found out that the oil was as dirty and black as before . What they did was they never flush the entire oil and left plenty of old oil and mix it with maybe 2 quart of new oil.
This review has been long overdue . If I could give this place zero stars I would . A couple weeks ago my bf and i went to go take the car for a wash . went to go take it in and after a closer look for inspection the back of the passenger seat had been all scratched up and ripped the leather interior . We thoughts all they did . A couple days later we find that the passenger seat in the bottom the leather is all ripped off. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. If you do please check the entirety of your car before you leave . I wish there was camera footage inside the car . These People are disgusting

These people are really great at what they do. I really like getting my car wash here… compared to all the car washes I’ve been to in the past.. this is the best one. The men who work here are really nice and the woman at the front desk. I cannot complain at all. They are really awesome.
Sinced I'm new here at bronx I ddnt know any place for car wash and to my experience They're the worst car wash service here at New York and i'll never come back to them. They told me its done and i saw still dirty front and back and inside they ddnt vacuumed so i decided to clean it by myself. My neighbor is right not to go here wasting money. BELIEVE THEM DONT GO!
