Had a great time here. Everything about this place was awesome, they have spent a great deal of time dialing in the over vibe. Beautiful weather to go along with sitting outside with a view of the bay. Food was awesome, highly recommend the stop light oysters and clams.. but it was all very tasty. The service was some of the best, most consistent service I have ever had.. all of the staff were pleasant, professional and kind, from the hostess to the waitress and bus staff. Our server Bristol was one of the best waitresses we have had in a long time, she has a great personality and made the experience more even more enjoyable. Highly recommend, will return! Also a fun farm store and oyster stand attached.
I came here on the recommendation of the B&B I was staying at. I don't regularly consume shellfish, but the friendly staff was helpful in guiding me through my first oyster experience, which I'm happy to report was a delicious one. This place is as farm-to-table as it gets. I ate my meal literally looking out over the shellfish farm. The view of Westcott Bay is incredible and made for a fantastic experience overall. Plus, this is a bicycle-friendly establishment.
Been so many times. Always excellent. It’s so great to see the team build this business over the years. What’s not to love? Wine, champagne. Oysters. The world's best bread. And lovely PNW views Note there are two venues now. One is the restaurant and one is the shop and self shuck oyster bar. Both have great views and seating Only cooked oysters at the restaurant. Wine at both places You can arrive by dinghy, car, or a walk. Reservations recommended for the restaurant but you can just turn up. Roll the dice.
We went when the main restaurant was closed, but they had the option to shuck oysters yourself. They had a darling little market where you could pick up picnic type items - crackers, cheese, meat, wine, beer. We got some drinks, cheese & GF crackers & half a dozen oysters. The gal showed us how to shuck them & gave us the tools. It was a beautiful day and we had the best time here! Can’t wait to go back later this week to the full service restaurant.
We love Westcott! Food and view are always amazing. Grab a reservation in advance or else you will have to wait a long time. If you don’t want to wait, they also sell oysters and compound butter you can take home and make yourself. Yum!
Best oysters I’ve ever had but there’s an incredible grilled cheese sandwich/panini if you’re not an oyster person. If you do not have a reservation, arrive a few minutes before their opening and try to secure a table. They’re busy for a reason. So good!
This is more like a 3.5-star review, but that’s not an option. While the oysters were good, it wasn’t amazing, just regular like other good oyster restaurants and was a bit on the pricier side. They serve portion of 3 oysters per order, which I found a little strange. The best thing on the menu was the oyster chowder, not the standard chowder that you’d expect, lighter on the cream side, and not flour-based, perfectly seasoned. The potato salad was under seasoned, though very good and fresh ingredients. This lunch stop was supposed to be a unique treat in our island visit but I found it to be not that worth it.
This is a cute little spot by the bay where you can shuck your own oysters which is unique experience. Oysters were obviously incredibly fresh as was the rest of the food, albeit a bit pricey for what it was. But you expect that on the island everywhere you go. Menu is limited because they seem to buy local and while I was looking forward to trying the gazpacho, it wasn't on the menu. Highly recommend trying the grilled lime sriracha oyster. Service is exceptional. Book a reservation or you'll not likely get a table.
My favorite place. So laid back and beautiful with the best oysters around.
really fun spot to stop if you’re in the island and have a preference for raw bivalves. We built a little picnic and brought our dogs. the day was perfect and the oysters were perfection. The picnic cost about $80 all up. It’s pricey, but the food and view is impeccable.
