My husband and I went to 7 jewelry stores all over RI looking for the perfect wedding band to fit my antique engagement ring. Not only did they have exactly the right ring that fit the contour perfectly but the staff was by far the nicest and most accommodating. I even went back months later to get my engagement ring sized smaller and they did an incredible job for a reasonable price and a fast turnaround! 10/10 would recommend for any fine jewelry needs!
We had a lovely experience at Westerly Jewelry Co.! Cyndi helped my husband and I create beautiful wedding bands on very short notice. Cyndi worked quickly to help us fit, design, and engrave our wedding bands with professionalism and perfection! She was well informed about fit, styles, stones, metals, you name it Cyndi knows it all! She was quick to reply to all our questions and concerns and put our minds at ease. We were greeted by name and well taken care of every time we called or walked into the store.
My experience at Westerly Jewelry was wonderful. Kevin is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and has excellent craftsmanship. He went above and beyond to help me get my fiancé’s engagement ring re-set. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Diamond I brought in and was able to give me a lot of information about it. He did a wonderful job on the ring and when it needed to be resized, he took care of me right away. Whenever I come in to the store, he always offers to clean all of my jewelry and it always looks brand new after. He provides excellent service, does it in a very timely manner, and delivers it at a great price. I will be buying and servicing all of my jewelry with Kevin from now on. I highly recommend Westerly Jewelry for all of your jewelry needs.
Kevin does amazing work! I recently brought in my fiancé's family ring, which has been in her family for at least 4 generations. Kevin resized the ring, tightened the settings, and polished the metal and diamonds in preparation for my proposal. When she received the ring, she said that she had never seen it shine as much as it did and it fit perfectly. I could not recommend this place enough!
Excellent experience. Knowing nothing about jewelry, Cyndi educated me enough to be able to make a decision. She was able to help me find the right stone, band, style, and price I was looking for. 5/5 store.
I've had such a good experience with Westerly Jewelry. They have beautiful things in stock and the sales people and store owner are so helpful. Highly recommended for selection and repairs!
If you bring gold here make sure you weigh it first, and don’t allow him to take any of your items in the back. They don’t ask for ID, and they pay cash which is sketchy and dishonest by itself, but it gets worse… I weighed a watch and bracelet prior to bringing it to him, unfortunately I weighed it in grams 48.19 grams which is the equivalent to 30.99 pennyweight bracelet was 5.98 pennyweight and watch was 25.01 I sold him the watch and two rings one of which was a heavy class ring. Kevin told me it was 22 grams pennyweight TOTAL for the watch and two ring. The watch alone weighed 3.01 penny grams more than what he claimed. And he basically stole the two rings as he didn’t pay me for even the weight of the watch let alone the two rings. SADLY, I hadn’t figured out the math conversion for grams to pennyweight until I had already sold the watch and rings. He also did not ask for any identification, he did NO PAPERWORK and paid cash which honestly should have been a red flag. I went back the next day to see what he would offer for the bracelet. He again offered less than the value of the weight. I kept the bracelet and will keep my business out of his shop. If you’re an honest person, with integrity, find yourself a reputable jeweler you can trust, because this place is NOT it!!!!
I moved to Westerly 2 years ago. I needed some repairs of broken chains I had and my wedding ring resized. Not only did they do everything I asked but the work was done right abd I didn’t feel I was getting ripped off. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the fact that Kevin, the owner made it a point to thank me and made sure I was satisfied.. I am a repeat customer for sure..
Cyndi was helpful and accommodating every step of the way while I was trying to figure out engagement rings! She took my vague "oh god I don't know, maybe-?"s and ended up helping me find a ring that my now-fiancée loves, AND under my budget. Great experience, through and through.
Great jewelry store in historic downtown Westerly. Employees that have been there for years. They take their time with you. They always help me find exactly what I'm looking for. If they don't have it in the store they will order it. Always receiving what I order within a few days. They follow precious metal prices daily. Always great prices. The jewler is top notch. Great repairs/adjustments. Highly recommended.
