Western Carteret Public Library (WCPL) is a branch of the Carteret County Public Library which is one third of the Craven-Pamlico-Carteret Regional Library system (CPCRL).
(C-P-C > Carteret County > Western).
Years ago, WCPL was known as the Emerald Isle Library. Moved to the mainland, it was renamed Western Carteret to distinguish itself from it's mother branch, Carteret, in Beaufort.
