The staff at Western Dental has been fabulous to me! They are a busy location so they do get behind schedule often, though they are always friendly and patient with the guests. I have a lot of work to get done and everyone there has treated me with respect and kindness. They even have payment plans available for pretty much any budget that have really helped get my dental health under control. The only thing I really wish is that they get some seating available in the lobby to facilitate a plus size person like myself, though the staff and I have a system where I call ahead of time to make sure my arrival time lines up my appointment start time so that I don't have to do too much waiting in my car. I know breaking routine like that can add time to their days so I really appreciate them making accommodations like that. The procedure chairs in the back are plus size friendly with adjustable hand rests which is really great. Dr. Mira has done most of my work with Gladys as her assistant, and Adriana has worked hand in hand with me to figure out my best approach towards payments. I wish I knew the names of the whole staff because they really have all been wonderful. I even had a few teeth pulled out by the oral surgeon. I can't say that was fun, though I can say that he had tender hands and took his time to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I would recommend them to anyone who is willing to he flexible with their time. This office is in high demand for a reason and I truly feel like I am in safe hands.
I'm old and I'm cynical so my radar was up when I looked at previous reviews. I've been in for 2 visits now and both experiences were very good. My visits were triggered by a dental emergency. They have taken good care of me so far I'm very happy to report - especially today. The dentist was great and so was her assistant - even the administrative staff. Celine, the office manager, made sure I was taken good care of. Everyone was kind, thorough, and patient with me. I have high hopes for continued success as I face several more visits. My expectation is I've found my new dental office.... I'll keep you updated!
Adriana was so nice, friendly, fun, helpful and very informative with my dental procedure questions. She made sure I was fully aware of what will happen, and she was super polite and nice to sit and talk with me. Also, Dr. Shah was so bright and kind, and even apologized for having me wait just a couple minutes which isn’t even a big deal, I was actually seen very quickly for making a last-minute appointment. She was so kind and helpful with a cavity issue I dealt with. They both made sure all my questions were answered before I left. I appreciate how they give their full attention and are very upbeat bubbly friendly and welcoming. I’ve always had a positive experience at Western Dental & Orthodontics!!!
Adrianna was very helpful, provided a price quote in 5 minutes and tips/tricks to save money with my insurance. The whole process with the office was pleasant and I did not wait too long. Dr Shah was very nice and clear. I would definitely go back for more dental work.
So far I love this place! I don’t understand the bad reviews. I guess it’s the energy you give us the energy you receive. I would try not matching energy. Selina came off agitated when I was asking questions, I’m assuming it’s because she has so many patients asking so many of the same questions, but her job is her job. You’ll have to repeat yourself in any job. I think she should make sure to eat everyday before work and try to stay out the front for a bit when she just get there. She seems like she can be very cool when you get to know her. I’m a patient so I doubt I’ll ever get to know her, however, i will continue to patronize the dentistry office. Dr. Shah is the managing doctor and I just love her. They all have a great attitude towards each other and they’re all friendly. You have to ask questions. My needs were met & some dentist would’ve given up on me considering the amount of work I needed, Dr. shah didn’t. Scheduling was easy, seeing me was slow one day, fast another but that’s a busy clinic for you. Everything comes with ups and downs. I’ll choose to look at the ups.
Had a very pleasant experience, I had a checkup and a deep clean done. Deep clean was done over the course of 2 days consecutively. Have some anxiety during the process, but the ladies there were very comforting and calm my nerves. I look forward to continuing my mouth health with Western Digital & Orthodontics. Thank you!!
All the staff was so so sweet and super helpful!! I wish I got all their names that helped so I can give them a shout out. I’ve been searching so long for a good dentist and was not happy with any other place. I will definitely be coming back here, and already made all my future appointments set for here! Thank you western dental and staff!! :
The staff there was nice since it was my first time there. Adriana was very helpful and answered all my questions. She’s kind and patient so I can understand how everything works for my next appointment. With that said I read all the good reviews about Adriana deserves a raise and a bonus.
I just wanted to recognize the staff for their patience and hospitality. Wanted to give a shout out to Adriana for going above and beyond. She was very detailed with my options and made sure I was comfortable during my procedure. Dentist are welcoming and do a great job. This location rocks!
I would like to Thank Adriana and the staff at Western Dental in Livermore. It was our first time at this location. They got us in they did regular routine cleaning with my two kids saw the Orthodontist for my daughter. Adriana was very helpful and explained everything through the process. My daughter left very happy with her braces.
