I am super satisfied with my experience This location . Such a wonderful group of employees working extra hard to see that all my needs are meet. I especially would like to thank Dr Ajay for his help towards all the medícal patients and amber for her hospitality and Eduardo for his Spanish. You can’t trust the online reviews from some people dealing with the corporate scheduling. Always welcoming and kind .
We had the best visit today. My 6 year old after Dr.Codel worked on his tooth he got up and said. That was great . He loved it and big thank you to Amber for making my comfortable and also Dr.Ajay
UNPROFESSIONAL and SALESY...best to AVOID. Staff at reception took 1 hour to figure out my insurance details does not happen elsewhere and I ended up waiting ~90 mins past my planned appointment time; when I finally got on the chair, Dr.Ajay was least interested in my issues and was busy peddling some gum treatment to me and to other patients as well for which they have banners on every wall; he was also distracted by other conversations throughout and ended up handing over my cleaning to Dr.Singh mid-way and left weird!...my gums were left sore but the dentist was not interested in talking about solutions...I ended up visiting another dentist to get a recovery routine...
I have a good experience every time I go to see Dr. Ajay and his assistant Amber. Dr. Ajay keeps it real and I feel very comfortable and relaxed about the dental care I have received. There payment plan options allowed me to get the treatment and dental work I needed.
Dr.Ajay was so awesome. He was very friendly and took the time to talk to me personally. He made the visit great. Amber was my hygienist and she was very kind and helpful during the cleaning. Highly recommend them!
Dr Singh and Amber were excellent and took care of my fillings with care and genuine love of labor! They’re truly awesome and made me feel comfortable and I’m a nervous patient! Thank you so much :
My over all experience with the office was great. Dr Ajay is knowledgeable and always happy to see me , he does know how to treat the patients. The wait time is worth the experience . His staff is always a friendly thank you amber and staff.
Hello. My first impression of the office was I seen the clinic clean and the front ladies were nice. and I’ve notice a lady named Amber she was very nice. I notice how she was uplifting and good vibes and had everything under control. I thought she was the actual Doct. She’s awesome and very supportive. My observation toward Amber was that she’s a Boss lady. Been coming here and always notice how she handle things very good. Great attitude brings clients back. Also shout out to Dr Ajay. He’s so freaking cool. So gentle and smooth. He explained everything so nice and clear that was very understood. He checked on me with thumbs up. Love that. I also, was taking care by Eduardo , He also, was very helpful and kind also very attentive to my needs. Also, Jacky was great. She was very kind and got me all set up. Ida the other lady made sure everything was set up. Very kind lady. Quite but very nice. I really enjoyed the visite today. Keep it real and the clinic seemed very warm. I believe Dr. has a great team. Keep up the good work. I will for sure continue my appts here.
I received ANOTHER email pushing my appointment back again! I am completely never coming here again and I will be expecting my refund soon. This office failed to provide me with proof of a refund receipt one of the ladies in the front gave me a copy of my chart which states I will receive my refund. I asked Dr. Ajay if I could receive a receipt for the refund as proof. Plus Dr. Ajay is so unprofessional so I left a review 4 weeks ago and I go to the office to follow up as to why my appointment got pushed back by corporate. Then Dr. Ajay brings up my review in a disrespectful way he didn’t even offer how we can resolve the issue. He just said corporate is giving him a hard time because of my review but now that he knows its me that left the review on google he will issue me a refund. Initially I just wanted to do the procedure and take my $400 loss because I cant wait any longer to complete this procedure. Then he keeps insisting that I receive a refund then I can reschedule this is so I wont return to the office So I just accept the refund so he can stop bombarding me. I explained to him how I didn’t like how he told me I need a cleaning first before a filling which is not true. He made no comment he just wants to issue the refund. Don’t come here if you have a PPO or plus dont come here if you expect professionalism fom Dr.Ajay. He does good dental work but his customer servicing is horrible and the way he spoke to me made me feel like I was being confronted by someone in the street.
In my opinion, it's best to stay far away from this place. I want to make sure everyone is aware of what happened, especially if you have elderly parents. I actually took down my previous review at my dad's request, but now I feel the need to share what happened because there were two separate incidents. First, my dad went to get a tooth pulled. They quoted him $500 and assured him they could take care of it that day. But after he paid, they informed him that he had to come back in two weeks to see a specialist for the actual tooth extraction. Eventually, he got his tooth pulled. But during a follow-up visit the Dr. spoke to my dad about the review, and my dad was so embarrassed that the doctor did that. Consequently, my dad asked me to take down the review. So please also exercise caution with 5-star reviews for this place, and be sure to do your due diligence by messaging those who have given them. Also checkout Yelps reviews where this place has a 1.8 rating. Then, in July 2023, my mom decided to schedule a cleaning. During her initial visit, they took X-rays and told her she needed to return for the cleaning on a later date. However, when she arrived for her second appointment for the cleaning, the front desk assistant, Gabby, dropped a bombshell: she had to pay around $400 for the X-rays taken during her first visit. This cost was not mentioned during her first appointment. To make matters worse, Gabby said that my mom couldn't get the cleaning unless they received the payment, and she even threatened to send my mom to collections. As a result, my mom didn't get the cleaning. When my mom questioned why she wasn't informed earlier, Gabby stated that they don't know the procedures done in the back office. It was a terrible surprise for my mom and clearly showed a lack of transparency. When my mom asked to speak with the dentist about the issue, Gabby informed her that he wouldn't be able to do anything since it was a corporate office. Considering these incidents, I strongly advise against taking your elderly parents or loved ones to this corporate dental care office. It's best to steer clear of corporate dental offices, especially this specific location. In my opinion, you'll receive much better care at a different location where the price is more reasonable and where they prioritize transparency and patient health over money.
