Awful!!!! They messed up my sons circumcision and didn't do anything about it until he was a year old. At that point, we needed to go see a specialist and he needed to have surgery to fix it and we are currently trying to get them to pay for the out of pocket expenses we have received from the surgery and no one calls me back, even after i call them multiple times, they always have a different excuse as to why they can't take a phone call. On top of that, at his one year check up they told me he didn't need to come back until he was 2 - NOT TRUE!!!! He needs to have 2 appointments in between the ages of 1 and 2. so disappointing.
Had to switch offices; too many mistakes with incorrect billing, my doctor is off at another clinic and hospital all the time, lost faxes from the pharmacy etc. Need somewhere a little more reliable, though the receptionist is very nice and helpful trying to get things fixed for me.
This place is HORRIBLE. Why schedule appointments that are never taken on time? I am done with this place. The staff always has issues making the system work and the nurses have issues staying focused. This place is a joke.
I called because I hurt my knee and was in severe pain could barely walk. They offered me an appt for 2 days later.
