Western Radiation Oncology is an innovative physician group whose core mission is to improve quality and access to advanced, targeted radiation therapy. We have a strong commitment to coupling state-of-the-art technology with leading clinical expertise, which has allowed us to build the premiere multi-centre Radiation Oncology program in Northern California. Our expert physicians come from leading programs around the country with subspecialty training in real-time LDR and HDR brachytherapy, cranial and body stereotactic radiosurgery, and intensity-modulated, image-guided radiation therapy (IMRT/IGRT). We are deeply vested in physician education in advanced techniques as well as patient education and advocacy. Our doctors have published articles and presented scientific papers to their professional colleagues throughout the world and have been involved in the development of new procedures and equipment to advance their areas of expertise.
