Awesome Staff at Western trails! I want to thank everyone for their compassion and kindness towards me when I was going to have to euthanize my very sick dog. They were able to get me in within the hour and took exceptionable care of my Chloe. Everyone could not have been any more compassionate or kind to me during a very difficult time. Many thanks again!
We have had several negative experiences with this vet clinic, but as we are limited at the vets in the east mountains, we found ourselves having to go back there again unfortunately, about two months ago I had to go back so that they could lay my lulu to rest it was the coldest most Mandane Most sad appointment in the world because they could give a damn that they were letting my fur baby go to heaven that hurt my heart. They sent another one of my dogs home with no painkillers and told me if I wanted painkillers they sell them to me for $36 a pill , needless to say my dog suffered because I didn’t have the money this last bit is we took my dog one of my dogs in because her third eyelid has been damaged and we got a quote. It was only good for 30 days so I called a month and a half ago to get another quote Crickets didn’t hear nothing from nobody this morning. My husband called in again a person and I’m gonna go as far as calling her a lady a person by the name of Jeanne or Jeanne or Jenelle or something in that realm wasn’t really careful enough to catch. Her name just called me to let me know that oh we’re so sorry. It only took us a month and a half to call you back but just to let you know we are scheduling in December , OK well if you to call me back a month and a half ago I probably would’ve already had the surgery done but now my dogs gonna have to wait until December. Oh no wait a minute and looking up the scheduling. We really can’t get you in until January 4 and then you need to put $100 deposit down and yeah well just call us and let us now Buyer and pet owners beware do not go to this vet they don’t care about the animals. They are rude. Their customer service is worse than walking into the front entrance of a prison just don’t do it. Your animals deserve better.
I've been disappointed in our experiences here mostly in the very poor communication. I've brought 3 different animals here and each time have had absolutely no notification that my animals were ready to be picked up and out of their surgeries. Each time I've been told that I would be called when they were done and ready for my to come get them and each time I've had to call because it's near closing time and I never heard anything from them. The vet staff very poorly communicated with me when I brought my dog in with parvo and never followed up with me like I was told and for both a dog and cat spay I was never notified when their surgeries were completed and they were ready to go home. I also personally feel like the pricing is too high and not varied properly. My 5lb cat spay should not be costing the same as a spay for my 40lb dog. We've gotten the care we needed and never had a problem with the actual care but I'm going to be searching for a different vet for the rest of the animals we have and looking for better pricing
Amazing place. The staff is courteous and helpful, the clinicians very thorough and I don't know anyone else truly happier to be there to help animals. I very much appreciated the fact they went out of their way to accommodate my family based on incorrect info from a third party. Site has rarely been busy even for a Saturday. Thank you Western Trails.
I went to Western Trsils Veterinary to see about having my dogs teeth cleaned. They were very nice and did what they had to do to get her ready for the day of her cleaning. I really liked Dr Thornton. She was clear and very informative about what to expect on the day of her teeth cleaning. I was very impressed by them. It is a long way to go but very worth it . .
Thank you for saving my fur baby. Seriously, the staff and Vet are so nice at Wester Trails, and we will definitely be switching to them for our future Vet appointments for our fur babies. They are so caring and took such good care of our Bean. I am so very thankful for the staff and Dr. at Western Trails. 1000% reccomend.
Western Trails Veterinary hospital was very compassionate when I took my best buddy to be put to rest. It was a very hard thing for me to do. Thank you western Trails for your compassion and your help when we needed it most. Also thank you for the card I received in the mail. You guys are awesome.
Everyone at Western Trails has been so good to us over the last six years. We have brought in dozens of dogs, of course, but each one is treated with equal care and concern. Doctors Thornton, Clark, and Hutsell, always answer our questions and have worked with us financially to be able to keep up the excellent quality of care our shelter dogs deserve.
Our first time at Western Trails, for an adoptee from EMCAP,, for his neuter. Excellent, friendly staff, no wait time for intake. Thorough advance explanation of optional services/fees. A very pleasant overall experience!!! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good local vet.
I have been seeing this clinic with 4 of my dogs and they have always helped us in a friendly, timely manner. I especially appreciate their emergency services - very nice to not have to drive to town with late-night or weekend emergencies.
