Family and I have bed bug bites all over us after stay for two nights 09/02/2023 and 09/02/2023. We stayed in room 108, building A. Searching for previous reviews reveals that this issue is not new and that guests as little as a week ago have reported bed bugs, and yet best western continues to offer these rooms. Not only is this disgusting, it’s unsanitary and unsafe. Obviously we will never return back and we suggest no one else stays here either.
There were bed bugs on the beds. On 1:00 am, I woke up and I saw 7-8 bugs were dancing on 2 beds. I had to change the room and I almost couldn't sleep. The next day morning, I need to wash my clothes and I needed coins for laundry machine. I went to front desk and there was long lines for check out. I just wanted to ask lady if they had some coins. When I ask the lady, she was yelling at me that she couldn't answer because she was helping other person. After 15 mins waiting on the lines, she said that they didn't have coins. Thank you for your help! I never had those kind of experience in my life.
not disclosing your $100 deposit is sleezy. if you see the employee with chameleon eyes, move to another line. she's snappy and acted like I was bothering her because I wanted to make sure my reservation was correct. like another review said, they do not like answering questions. there's an option for early check in on the app where you can ask for extra stuff like towels & blankets, but it's pointless because they gave me a random room. we got no conditioner and the ice machine was broken. microwave was dirty. you'll be in the trenches if you have to park.
I like carpet for this facility for my boss. I know for sure it's got clean carpet. .The housekeeping is excellent and clean. Shampoo conditioner and lotion is provided and a blow dryer and iron. Towels are fresh and beds are made with elegance. FOOD 4 LESS is 100 feet away. Mexican and vietnamese food is nearby within a couple of miles. Try PHO Saigon Bay.. They serve breakfast in the morning too. ITS ENDLESS!! They serve REAL EGGS not out of the bottle because you can tell. Yogurt AND MORE toppings, bagel & cream cheese, milk/cereal, fruit,. Batter to make your own waffles and toppings too. Coffee, apple, cranberry & orange juice.. Worth it.
3.5/5 The only thing that saved this place was the great breakfast, good customer service and amenities offered. When traveling it’s always nice to know the hotel has an onsite gym and of course breakfast is a plus. My partner and I was traveling through and needed a place to stay for the night. The price for our stay came out to $114, not bad. I should’ve questioned our stay when we were given two separate keys, one for the side door and the other main door and room key. The place is a bit sketch with people hanging around the area only reason why we felt safe was the extra precautions which I should mention please ensure the door is closed behind you. With that in mind, if I didn’t pay the price I did, this place is a pass for me. Breakfast was soo good peep the pics! Safety: Didn't fell so safe
This is a very nice, well kept property that was perfect for my needs during my work travel. The amenities were all in good working order, and the rooms were very clean and well kept. All of the staff were very accommodating. The area surrounding the hotel is a little dicey, but there's a great Mexican takeout place next door and the grocery store is a good place for deals if you are staying for an extended period of time. I will be staying here again!
