Fast check-in with a very pleasant female staff member. Breakfast and parking included and even a chance to spin a wheel for bonus points. Room was a good size and good shower with Made In Canada bath accessories. All staff we met were very friendly. Great location and you can get right on expressways to get where you want to go quickly. Many kosher restaurants not far away.
Check-in service was excellent and quick. I got to spin a wheel and won a $25.00 gift card to the restaurant. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The workout room was also clean and had decent equipment options. The restaurant was excellent and the service was even better. I have stayed at this hotel many times for business and have never been disappointed!
Loved the Westin everyone was nice and attentive. Location was great about 20 minutes from the city and gas station around the corner for convenience. Beds were comfortable and the room service was on it and gave us some fresh towels when needed! Breakfast was good with a pretty good variety. Sam was great and super friendly and provided us with great dining! 10/10 recommend if you planned to stay here.
My stay was amazing! Barbara was super sweet and helpful. She got me checked in a little early since my flight came in early and it was really cold. She anticipated my needs and made my stay super nice. The food was good the Starbucks was good. The bathroom in my room was like a freaking spa!Rooms: 5/5
Very nice hotel. Staff is great. Room very nice. My only dislike was housekeeping knocking on door at 10:30am, wanting to know what time I was checking out? My response was check out is at Noon correct? Her response was yes it is so can I come back and clean the room in 15 minutes. I said No I will be checking out at Noon. We'll can I come back at 11am. NO - NOON!
I am a platinum elite member and have stayed in a countless number of Marriott hotels. This is an outdated hotel. The AC will not cool down the room, there is no Marriott lounge area for platinum and titanium members so no free water or snacks, the key activator in the elevators aren’t responsive, and the fridge in my room doesn’t work. I had to change rooms because the first room they gave me had just had painting done in it the same day and the smell was too much. The free parking was nice, and the lobby was nice. Outside of those two details it’s a negative experience. It seems that the owners of this hotel cut corners and ignore essential upgrades needed. I will avoid this hotel next time I am in the area.
Hosted a conference for 100 ppl and the whole team took great care of us. Big shout out to banquet staff - Kathleen and Nelson in particular - who wen out of their way with exceptional hospitality! They were warm and welcoming and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the care that they provided. Great team!Rooms: 4/5
Stay was great with an awesome breakfast buffet team. Sam and Joy took care of you while dining and we’re very attentive. As an elite guest I received a spin on a wheel that got me $10 food and beverage credits. Thank you for a quick stay!
Lovely hotel and wonderful staff members. Sam, Gus and Joy were wonderful and very helpful. It was nice to see them working and helping each other to keep all the guests happy. Can't wait to go down and see them again tomorrow.Rooms: 4/5
So I asked for a refrigerator and was told they were going to send one to my room and it never arrived, so just know the refrigerator is based on availability. The tub had a slow drain and eventually the cleaning people noticed and had it fixed. The valet people was nice and had good customer service. Overall it's not the best or worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
