This is the best compound pharmacy I’ve ever found! Staff is top notch, always clear and concise. They take their time with patients to help the best they can. I have never felt rushed or dismissed like other pharmacies tend to do at times. Prince is absolutely wonderful and so is the rest of the staff I’ve spoken with.

Something wrong with the people who gave them 5 stars. I want to support local businesses, but again, this one should not be supported. They don't even ask if there is any question or explain about the medication. They don't look you in the eyes. Strange people working there. So, when I was about to take the medication, the instruction was not clear nor straight forward. I wish they were more competent and friendlier, so that I could use local pharmacies instead of CVS or Walgreen; so that I can keep the business within the local economy.

Quick and friendly service. The clerk made sure I knew everything about my medicine before I left the building. This is the first true pharmacy I have seen in a long time.

I had to get a mixed compound medicine for my dog. You and your staff were great , explaining how to use the medicine. I had to take rocky to the vet this morning and the vet wanted to change the compounds. The vet ask me to call you guys to find out if I could bring it back and have a new medicine compound mixed. I knew I couldn't bring it back. I just wanted to say thank you for letting me ask the questions and letting me know the information about not being able to return it. Again, thank you for letting me ask those questions.

I've been getting my compound prescriptions from Westlab for many years. The staff is very helpful and pharmacists are available quickly for any concerns you may have. Always on time with prescriptions , if not ready earlier. Very happy with them.

Very helpful staff about products and in all aspects of medications. It is hard to find a compound pharmacy. I have used their services for me and my pets prescription. Prices can be a little more expensive on a few items that I buy but I don't mind because of the neighborhood feel here instead of feeling like I am just a number.

Great customer service, but docking a star as they did not enforce masking on some very sick-looking customers even during the current county mandate.

Can't imagine where the positive reviews are coming from. Made several compounded meds for me and couldn't get any of them right. For instance, amount of medication in each suppository varied widely from one to another, gave me suppositories that were made of some kind of material too dense/hard to dissolve in the human body. Incompetent, expenisve, and rude.

The techs they have working there are totally incopotent, and the pharmacists are extremely rude. I don't need to drive from archer to have anything compounded that badly when I can get it online!

Had to get meds filled for my cat here. Great customer service and quick turn-around time. Wouldn't mind going back.
