Westlake Ace Hardware Wichita Central & Tyler

Went to two different Ace stores. If they have simple household doors hinges, they are not easy to find. But, was happy to find an inexpensive smoke detector.

I wasn't happy with the store because they are lazy to process a order that I ordered online and asked them to deliver it to me and they didn't do that. I ended up coming to their store to pick up my order..

Knowledgeable staff, lots of products, close by. Do t have to travel to lowes or home depot if you're in a hurry

Very helpful people they help me find everything I needed so I didn't have to spend so much time looking

Good selection of stuff.

Checking prices on bug sprays. Seems to have quite a selection. Will probably return to buy.

He staff here is always amazing and so polite and helpful

Avoid this location; they used to be helpful. NOT any more, they are too busy talking and not working. This has occurred more than one time recently in last few months... they used to be helpful. I recommend you don't waste your time, go to another location.

I purchased potting soil. I waited for 15 minutes for someone for someone to load it. I waited outside for 10 minutes for someone to come.out. No one came so I had to call the store for someone to come & help me. I had been in the store a week ago, & I was overcharged even tho I showed them the add. I will not go back to that store

They treated me well, even though they did not have what I was looking for.
