They were contacted by my insurance roadside assistance.  Promptly sent a tow and got my car to the shop near my house not a Shell shop and unloaded the car, handed me the keys and were off to save the day for someone else. Mohammed our tow truck driver went above and beyond to help us get our stripped lugnuts off and get the donut on for us saving us a tow truck ride. Super sweet guy and he was quick and kind. Had everything done in less than 5 minutes and saved us money from the repair shop. Tire is repairable and no out of pocket cost! I usually do not write reviews, but this place is well deserving and should be credited.One of the best experiences I have ever had with a mechanic.  Sam was very compassionate and understanding.  They fixed my vehicle at a reasonable price compared to other mechanics, and I felt complete100% comfortable with there service.. I recommend this place to all my family and friends. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I've been bringing my vehicles here for many years. I actually moved away from the area, but continue to make the drive and use their services. The owner Sam, is always very welcoming and respectful to me and to his other customers. I have never once felt like I wasn't taken seriously, or overcharged because I am a female...and that has not been true of some auto shops before. They are accommodating with appointments and will work things out if there is something urgent to address.

Cliston knows what he is doing. Great person who towed my motorcycle and safely without any problems. Thank you Westmont and cliston for your service.
