Dr. Westmoreland is a Tri-City native, growing up in Gray and Kingsport. He Graduated from ETSU with a degree in cell biology and then the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. He is married to Tamara and has two sons, Reece and Conner, and two daughters, Holly and Kelly.
He focuses on General Dentistry for the entire family and also takes extensive training In sedation and dental reconstruction. The practice offers the following as well:

I COULD NOT have asked for a better experience at the dentist! My tooth cracked last night and I was in so much pain, I called at least 20 different dentist offices this morning, and the only one that would see me was Dr. Westmoreland’s office. I called at 8 and was in the chair at 10. The office was extremely nice and clean, complimentary tooth brushes in the bathroom preloaded with toothpaste, and a tv and a Pac-Man arcade game in the lobby. The staff are extremely sweet and helpful, and the dental assistant was so caring, best of all Dr. Fuchs has the best attitude of any doctor or dentist I have ever seen, he told jokes the whole time, and made me feel 100% at ease. I am not exaggerating when I say he is amazing at what he does! He made sure I was 100% numb and he quickly and painlessly extracted my tooth. I had no pain throughout the entire procedure, even during the numbing shots. I would recommend them to any and everyone, with being scared of going to the dentist, i am honestly shocked at how awesome the whole experience was! 5 stars!! And thank you so much for helping me when I was in so much pain! I’m going back soon for 2 more extractions, and after the wonderful experience I had today, I’m not nervous at all!! This is literally the only dentist I will use from now on.

I have been to a lot of dentists and recently changed to Dr. Westmoreland, and I am so glad that I did. He is the kindest and gentlest dentist I have ever been to and he knows his stuff. If you want a top notch dentist go to Dr. Westmoreland.

I was looking for a new dentist after moving to Tennessee from Virginia. I liked the reviews I found for Westmoreland. They did not disappoint; they’re wonderful!!! I definitely recommend

Dr. Westmoreland is amazing. He knows so much about TMJ and neuralgia related to TMJ. He listened to me and carefully explained my situation very thoroughly. He treated me and not a "textbook definition". He gave me relief I didn't think was possible.

Dr,  Bo is a caring, compassionate dentist.  He will go above and beyond to help create a beautiful smile.

Fraudulent billing practices and harass you for bills that have been paid . Will quote you one price with insurance and charge you another . Better offices out there .

Sending out your threatening letters , is really childish.  We've moved to Florida and are just now getting all of your letters. I would happily pay you, without your bullying tactics.

Dr. Bo and his staff are the best! They’re always nice and make me feel at ease and welcome. Everything I’ve had done, from cleanings to dental procedures has always been done in a kind and professional manner. I highly recommend Westmoreland Dental Group!
