Westmount Physiotherapy & Massage is a Physiotherapist owned clinic that treats a variety injuries and people injured in a car or work accident.

Description

Westmount Physiotherapy & Massage offers client-centred care in a friendly and welcoming environment. We offer Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Hand Therapy, Massage Therapy, Custom Knee Bracing, and Rehabilitation Products such as Orthopaedic Pillows, TENS units and Biofreeze.
We are open late four days a week and we are open on Saturdays. We are conveniently located in the Westmount Medical Building which offers free parking.
Our Physiotherapists and Registered Massage Therapist have a great deal of hands-on experience in treating various sports and soft tissue injuries, low back pain, headaches, work-related or WSIB injuries, injuries sustained in a car accident, and repetitive strain injuries.
We are conveniently located on the West Hamilton Mountain/Ancaster border.

Everyone at Westmount Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation are amazing! The clerical staff are always so pleasant to deal with and both Jordan and Meg are incredible!! Jordan is always there to greet you with a smile and listen to what’s going on in your life. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to help me initially with my concussion and now with my chronic illness. Meg is fabulous at what she does and is always so supportive. Both Jordan and Meg are experts in their fields who bring so much positivity and enthusiasm into their practice. They deeply care about the work they do and their patients. They have a special way of making you feel like everything will be alright, and even if it’s not, they are going to be behind you every step of the way. Not to mention, they are absolutely hilarious! They make navigating life with Rheumatoid arthritis bearable.
My family and I absolutely love our physios at Westmount. Ash and Jordan are simply fantastic. They are knowledgeable, professional and so very understanding. They work with you and explain every step along the way. We really appreciate all the work they put into our care and highly recommend anyone looking for a Physio to check them out, as they are simply the best. You visit them as if you’re seeing an old friend and leave their office feeling relief from pain and empowered in your healing journey.
I am so grateful for the care I received here! Only two weeks ahead of a trip to Europe, my injured my back and it went into massive spasm. I could barely walk. Sitting was the worst! I didn’t know how I’d be able to manage a 9 hour flight. I was given an appointment immediately. Jordan worked with me to complete a thorough assessment. He walked me through some exercises ensuring that I was ok. He followed up with emails to check in and with images of the exercises, in case I’d forgotten. I felt like a priority over the two weeks of treatments. He was determined to make sure I got on that flight…and I did! If it weren’t for Jordan, I would have had to cancel my trip. I’ll be forever grateful for the way he made me feel, the superior knowledge he has of his craft, and the successful treatment that allowed me to reach my goal. I’ve referred his services to two different friends, and my daughter athlete who have all reported back with glowing reviews.
I recommend westmount physiotherapy to everyone who needs it. The team is incredible, I have been going on and off for years now, I would never go anywhere else. I was recently there and I was treated by Ash. Ash is an amazing human being, listener, physiotherapist. Very knowledgeable. Makes you feel very comfortable..I had surgery on my leg, dealing with chronic pain and an issue in my hand, everytime I went to Ash I felt like a new person afterwards. Thank you Ash for being so compassionate and loving what you do, you are amazing!
I was referred to Westmount Physio by my doctor. I had plantar fasciitis in both feet after an ankle break, I could hardly walk. This was my first time at physiotherapy and I was a little skeptical beginning-unsure of what could be done to help. I started treatment with Ash Bhatt and he was absolutely amazing! He is soooo knowledgeable and knew exactly how to treat me. He’s very thorough and explains everything in a way you can understand. He also offers several different treatment methods depending on your goals and comfort level. After suffering for over 6 months, with Ash’s treatment, my very painful plantar fasciitis was healed within 6 weeks. I will definitely be returning for any Physiotherapy needs.
The people at Westmount Physio are awesome we have been going for many years for many different issues and have had the best of care and advice to recover from injury.The front desk is always greeting with a smile and more then willing to accommodate you for appointments.The owner Marnie is always there working hard right along side of her great staff keep up the great work and the wonderful conversation.Thanks

Megan took time to listen carefully as I described my problem acute pain in my right thigh that inhibited mobility; she asked pertinent questions and then diagnosed the problem correctly. I could barely walk when I entered their office for the first time, but the therapy that Megan provided cured my pain within days. She and the rest of the staff are friendly, personable, efficient and helpful. Terrific experience!
I first started going to Westmount Physiotherapy a few years ago for back pain caused by a herniated disk. Though I have since moved across town, I decided after recently breaking my wrist to make the trips out to Westmount Physio based on the positive experience I had with them years ago. They are definitely worth the longer drive. The team is friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. Marnie and Ashlyn are attentive and patient, and work with me as my healing journey progresses. As my recovery evolves, so do my exercises. Westmount Physio’s flexible schedule also allows me to come in as often as I want. I thoroughly enjoy my time there, as the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. They’ve made my road to recovery a most pleasant experience and I cannot thank them enough. This facility truly does give the most comprehensive care to its patients. I should also state that Marnie is a fellow equestrian so she has been very supportive and helpful in giving me exercises that will help me get back and comfortable in the saddle.
I would recommend this physiotherapy clinic for injuries and after surgeries. Jordan works on a personal level to improve your physical condition.
I had a hip replacement in September 2020, and 4 days later I started physio at Westmount. The staff there are wonderful -not only friendly and welcoming, but highly skilled and efficient in what they do. They listened to my various complaints and issues, and offered a targeted custom plan to treat them. Their care has been outstanding and today I am pain free! Westmount offers a wide range of services, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.
