Westridge Mobile Homes Park

I've been here since 1990. It's a decent middle of the road mobile home park. Management is easy to approach and keeps us well informed in emails. And maintenance is very approachable as well. I've enjoyed my years here.

Our neighbors are really great and we all help each other out. I would recommend this place to even my mom.

TLDR: not a nice place and the worst management Nasty place to live for various reasons: The park manager Cindy is disrespectful and fake. I’ve never met a soul who lives here and has had something nice to say about Cindy. TWO of my neighbors have been K*lled or shot at in the last two years, along with frequent attempted break-ins of houses and cars. On top of that, there’s always trash in the streets/blowing into my yard, people driving through playing music on 100 at all hours of the day and night, weirdos stumbling through my yard, AND Cindy sends her boyfriend door to door to leave important notices and community info unsecured on the ground of the porch. In the wind. And rain. Not the most brilliant or professional individuals I’ve encountered.

Nice , quiet place. We enjoy sitting in our backyard late into the evening. It's really nice not to hear anybody fighting and carrying on. This is the third place that we've lived in and we and enjoy it so much. And we plan to live out our days here in peace. Our neighbors are really great and we all help each other out. I would recommend this place to even my mom.

Seems to be a great park, as for the homes and the surroundings. I do not live there. So I do not know who loves there, or how people are or act there. But seems to be modernizing their park.

The manager speaks to other residents about your personal business. She gossips. She's rude and fake. She lies. She's sneaky. I hate this place and its only because of the manager and her boyfriend the maitenace man. There a joke. The parking is shut the roads. This could be a great community with better management and better parking. Thanks that's it

Well my mother has lived here along time. And it was a nice place to live, then i moved in, still a nice place. But then it happened it went down hill MY WHOLE FAMILY LIVES HERE NOW.. Honestly theres great people that live here all type's from everywhere neighbors watching out and helping neighbors mostly. No place is perfect. Great management. I enjoy it HERE.

Been good living here. Now I get along great with the management, Cindy and Jeff, are two of the best team of managers to have. Just want to say its going on 5 years for me this March. I'm looking forward to I'm looking forward to have being in this park for 5 years. I love it here.

Back where WWE come from Ypsilanti Superior Townships, me and my kid's were coming back to stay having that countryside rose garden closer to my garden in my backyard safest ever,... me and my children last lived in Ypsilanti MI 2000 for 7yrs sad when wwe left the way wwe did. Everything changed now I can rent to own enjoying the rest of our holidays,.

A nice place to leave management take care of any problems I have. I been in this place for over 8 year and never once have had any problems with the management. They are very help full and are will to help you out if you ask. Cindie and Jeff are doing a great job they try to fix your problem as fast as they can. They will take the time to stop and say high and weave to you rather your in the park or at store or if you pass each other going down the road. I can not ask or hope to find a better place to leave where it is quit at night with out any one yell or fighting late at night.
