I got my hair done by Mariah she cut and colored my hair, I wanted a peek a boo with black on top and purple underneath. I was some what nervous do to it the fact that my hair needed to be bleached underneath to get a vibrant purple color and my skin is sensitive to bleach due to me being allergic but Mariah was able to bleach far enough away from my scalp to not irritate my skin but close enough to were it wasn't noticeable. I was so happy with my results she is amazing with hair coloring and the hair cut left my hair feeling so healthy . She was so friendly and made sure I was happy before I left. I'd definitely recommend going to her for all your hair needs!! Thank you so much I will be back!Services: Haircut
Been with Mariah D. For quite awhile now she ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. This place has a great atmosphere and skilled stylist. I highly recommend any one whether is a cut color or wax you'll walk out feeling fresh and confident
I went with my mom to do haircut and all over color and I went for treatment. We both had Mariah and we had a great service there. Mariah was super friendly, patient with my elderly mom and was super knowledgeable . She went above and beyond to make sure her work is complete to the T. The manager was also very welcoming to us and made sure we felt comfortable. I will be going back again and requesting Mariah again.

After thinking for awhile if I should write this review or not, I decided it was important to mention since google reviews highly influence what businesses I put my money towards. This salon is nice and the staff is very friendly and my issue is exclusive to my experience with my stylist Mariah. She was super nice but did not listen to a single thing I asked. I asked for a point cut to keep my hair thick in the back and simple touch up to my face framing layers in the front making sure I can pull my shortest bangs behind my ear and it’a not too short. I mentioned multiple times that I don’t want extreme layers. She absolutely wrecked my hair to the point where I’ve now had multiple people ask me if I tried to cut my own hair and I had to order extensions for same day delivery before I go on vacation in two days. I am so horrified because my natural thick hair that I spent years working on was completely chopped up with layers throughout and thinned out… I actually cried. When she asked If I liked it, I told her it wasn’t what I asked for and not what I was expecting. It only looked slightly decent at the salon due to the extensive styling. She told me that she really liked it on me and how my hair would be light for my trip I did not ask for that nor is what she likes something that should impact a clients cut in the slightest. I have never felt this insecure in my hair ever and it’s really embarrassing that my family/friends have actually noticed and told me how bad the cut looks and I was never offered my money back or offered a fix when I told her this wasn’t what I asked for. Really disappointed because I wanted to love this place since it’s so close to my house and be able to support a local west side business. Im sure the other staff is great - this was my experience with one person.
The atmosphere is welcoming & the staff are very Friendly establishment is clean the hairstylist, Nancy is awesome and does a wonderful amazing job. I highly recommend the new owner is very respectful nice outgoing I will definitely will back! Service: Perms
