I've been getting great service from Westside Clinic for many years. I'm at times amazed at how the front office staff can deal with so many people, and their personalities, and remain polite and even friendly! I've always been treated with respect and in a timely manner. Even though I now have good health insurance, I've kept my all time favorite Dr, Susan Lawton, as my primary physician. In my opinion she's a saint who has helped me through some difficult times.
I recently left Sansum to come to the westside neighborhood clinic and I love it. Everyone there is wonderful. My Doctor, Dr. Wiggins got right down to trying to help me figure out what was happening with me. After seeing another doctor several times with no diagnosis. After my first visit, I was scheduled an Xray, MRI and we think we figured it out! She is so thorough and kind, and I'm just really happy I switched!
The staff at the Westside Neighborhood Clinic is outstanding. Everyone is always so helpful when ever I am there. Dr. Wiggins is the absolute BEST. She is very easy to talk to and quite understanding. I'm very thankful to have the Westside Neighborhood Clinic.
Worst clinic ever. I had to wait an hour and a half to see the doctor. Plus, EVERY time I call I have to wait on hold for at least 15 minutes. plus it’s dirty and the doctor was in a hurry when she saw me and rushed me out the door. I hate this clinic.
Dr. Cohoon is awesome. Extremely respectful and laid back. He makes every moment of the visit comfortable. HOWEVER, the reception who was working tonight, January 9th, at 5:15pm either JOCEY or DELIA - She wouldn't tell me her name, should do the industry a favor and leave. She obviously has no idea how to professionally deal with other human beings. She lacks compassion, professionalism, kindness and most of all, class. I wish upon no one to deal with her discourteous demeanor.
It is impossible to make an appointment with them. I have tried for a week and a half. When calling I get a machine that says their office is currently closed. No matter what time I call. Or it sounds like someone answers and then hangs up! Unbelievable.
SLC, slow, lazy, confused. Mellissa Ellis misdiagnosed a simple skin irritation as shingles, was unable to diagnose symptoms of a thyroid deficiency, argued constantly about the continued used of a medication that I had used successfully for 20 years, took hours and hours for a simple consultation as she was so inexperienced that she apparently had to have adult supervision. Took one visit with a real health care professional definitely not at WNC to get correct diagnoses and proper medications. Stay away.
WORST CLINIC EVER. Save your money and time and don’t ever come to this clinic. This clinic is absolutely disgusting. Dirty and the so called “medical staff” is rude.
Wonderful Doctors and Nurses. I felt secure with their experience and recommendations. All the associates made me very comfortable when I was extremely uncomfortable. Thank you!!
I just love my Dr here. The nurses are all awesome too! Only bad part is that there is only one parking place. You must park on the curb otherwise.
