Dr. Romeo is absolutely wonderful, caring and careful orthodontist. He is very organized, and begins all work with a parent meeting to discuss the timeline and the various phases needed to produce the best result for your child. This helps to manage expectations for extended corrective work like braces. Our family has used Dr Romeo for braces, retainers, and other orthodontic issues. Each has been an excellent experience and we highly recommend him. With offices in both Norwalk and Westport, he is conveniently located as well. The professional and office staff at both locations are kind, accommodating and organized. Offices are spotless. We are always greeted with a smile; everyone is super friendly and very kind to kids. Five stars.

It was urgent!! My son's expander needed to be tightened and although he was not their patient,Westwalk took us right away. Taking my son's care over from his father I had not been given clear instructions. Westwalk showed me how to operate the key and gave helpful, supportive guidance and much to my surprise without charge. I was blown away by their kindness, readiness and helpfulness.
How much time do you have? There are so many things to love about this orthodontic practice. First, everyone there is genuinely happy to be taking care of people. They're happy when you call; they're happy when you come in. Dr. Romeo is conscientious and kind. There is no upselling at this practice as you find in some corporate-owned dental practices. Dr. Romeo recommends what you need and not more. And ... my teeth have never looked better. They are A++++ for their clinical talent and A++++ for their caring, positive attitudes. This is a practice that does treat you like family.
