I couldn't be more pleased with a storage facility. I have been a customer since February and all my interactions with the facility, starting with Tom who was generous with his time and extremely courteous, have been superb! It is rare to find such exemplary and outstanding customer service in the quick-paced world of today. The kindness of the staff is remarkable. The facility is immaculate, safe and well designed. The corridors are spacious which really helps when loading and unloading boxes and furnishings. The place always has staff around, and no one is allowed into the facility after hours. I can't begin to convey how grateful I am to Tom and the rest of the staff for making this a truly "worry-free" storage facility. What a pleasure!!! Thank you!!!

The staff at Westy Self Storage in Hackensack are courteous and friendly. I am moving to NC and was in need of a storage unit until the move could be done. The staff was informative and friendly with helping to decide which unit best fit my needs and I was very pleased with how bright and clean the facility is. Each time I was a Westy bringing items in, I was greeted with smiles and friendly faces. They were helpful with the code logins and also with helping us secure the Westy truck when I needed to move in larger items. They made a stressful thing such as moving an easy and relaxing experience. I am confident to recommend them to anyone who has storage needs. They are the best in the business.
Outstanding staff and service! Knowing that I would be closing on the sale of my home I decide to look for a self storage facility. Based on location it was between Westy and Extra Storage within hundreds of feet of each other on the River Edge/Hackensack border. After looking at both we decided on Westy. We decided on a 10' x 15' space. With our rental we got the first month free. It included the use of their truck for 4 hours. They also had a complimentary hand truck, dollies, tie-downs and blankets if you needed them. We moved the entire contents of our house into this unit. Closing on a house just before the holidays and getting everything into storage was a very stressful experience. The staff at Westy was very kind and courteous. They exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have been more happy with the staff or the facility. I would highly recommend this place if you need extra storage.
We needed a storage unit as we were relocating and had to store our furnishings/possessions for an open ended time period before purchasing a home. The Westy facility in Hackensack was by far the best physical facility we looked at. The best part of our experience however was the staff. From our first contact they were helpful and flexible. From recommending a trusted mover, having a free truck available and offering a 2 free month deal, they made things easy. We were not sure of the right size and initially took a unit that would have proved too small. When our mover advised a larger unit Westy made the transition seamlessly. From beginning to end, Westy staff were easy to work with and always kept their promises. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
