Westy Self Storage is top shelf! What more could I say? Okay I will... This place is well run, a well oiled storage business! Allen owner and Gail desk both are very patient, and knowledgeable of the business. They answered all our questions, explained all our options, and the related cost. They gave us a fair price and the perfect unit for our needs. But the most important feature about this place is it is very clean and very secure. Plenty of carts to move your stuff, even a loading dock you can back your truck up to, is another nice plus! Ahh don't forget to ask for a truck to get your stuff to this place, yes they have one!

first thing I had noticed is how clean the place is, they are cleaning around the clock and the place is spotless. Yasir assisted me with two separate units and was beyond accommodating. What could have been a difficult move for me was made seamless and efficient. The place is so professionally ran, customer service is excellent they go above and beyond for you. Don’t think twice about storing your things here. It is affordable and worth every penny.

Very clean, well lit. Never did I feel unsafe while alone. I have had contact with 3 of the East Northport branch employee's over the past year. Every single one of them were kind, helpful and always smiling. Highly recommend.

Yasir and his team were great! They found us the appropriate size storage units and when we needed additional space they were able to accommodate us. The facility is very clean, bright and secure. I have never used self storage before but if I had to use it again Westys would be the only facility I would trust.

I don't have enough good things to say about this place! The people working there are incredibly personable and reasonable, it is clean, you feel safe, and no rent increases for two years. I will be coming back if I ever need a unit again, thank you!!

Very helpful in a time of crisis to have someone in retail keep your focus going into the future with a positive nonjudgmental reflective moment... coming from the opposite side of the desk... It does not happen often. Alan, the guy that sits on the westside... Is one of the most professional nondiscriminatory no harassment no drama...
