Great new location with a nice play area with a padded floor for comfort and safety while playing and interacting with other dogs that are visiting the pet store. They also have bathing rooms you can rent so you don't have to make a mess in your own bathroom and you can get your dog groomed here as well and it has a friendly clean atmosphere. They have great treats for you to select from for your dog as well as good healthy food that is nutritious. They also have natural foods and raw meat diets to choose from and the bakery is great and fresh

I really wish I had taken some pictures here because you really can't get a feel for how absolutely freaking adorable this place is without pictures. It is so well appointed, organized, and stocked. It looks like a little boutique and has everything you and your furry friend need. One of the ladies behind the counter chatted us up about our puppy and was genuinely interested in our pet and even shared pictures of her dogs with us. Staff was friendly & helpful, and we found some fun treats to bring home to our dog whihc he has been devouring!- we will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Love the new location! Plenty of space, variety of animal food, an open space for pets to enjoy as well as private pet bathing rooms! Love the revised concept. Also plenty of fresh treats for your pets!

I am so, so happy that this place exists. I live way across the country in Portland, Oregon but this place has become my number one choice for kitty food. I have two very picky kitties with digestive issues and Stella & Chewy’s Savory Shreds Tuna/Salmon is the only food that they will happily eat and keeps them regular. At my local pet shops, the places that carry it few and far between only carry the 2.8 oz size, which meant I had to feed the kitties two cans which was not only expensive, but wasteful. Wet Nose is the ONLY reputable source I have found for the 5 oz size, saving me money and helping the environment too. They always ship super quick, and they package everything so carefully and professionally too. I am so glad I found this place, and while I feel bad making them ship all the way to Portland OR, I will remain a faithful customer for many years to come.

Had gone in on a rainy day for my dogs to play in the bark room. The dogs absolutely enjoyed running around inside in such a nice large area! We ended up bathing the dogs too in their dog spa. The deshedding shampoo worked wonders on my two pugs!!! The workers were so amazing and flexible with us as we had no plans when we walked into the store. 10/10 would recommend for any day of the week

Hands down the best pet store I've ever been in! All of the staff were beyond friendly! They have an amazing selection of specialty foods, raw foods and even their own foods/treats that they make in house. They have a great selection of birthday themed cookies. We brought our boy on his first Birthday and the staff spoiled him! We will definitely be making the trip back from southern Wisconsin in the future, absolutely worth the drive!

This has become my favorite place to shop for my dogs. It’s such an adorable shop with a gorgeous clean kitchen. My dogs love the fresh food options. They are so great with dogs, even those with fear and anxiety like my little one. They literally had him eating out of their hands by the end of our visit. Support a local business. This place is clearly in it for the love of animals and it shows. Thank you for loving our fur babies just as much as we do.

Nice staff and service, got my dog some organic Birthday cookies. He enjoyed them. Will return for my spoiled puppy.

Super Rude owner! Shelia I believe. Super pretentious and overly priced!! Can’t nor will I deal with people that are this rude or entitled. Owner asked why I was happy they opened a new store if I didn’t even own a pet! Like who asks that. Now that I do own dog I definitely won’t be going there for any of my dog necessities. PetCo. Is way better
