Lots of shoreline to fish from, not having to fight for casting spots is nice. Only caught 3 large mouth in about 3 hours time but I'm still learning. Beautiful views while fishing
For reading with nature, spending some me time, playing with pets, fishing or boating purpose this is a perfect place located in Weathersfield. No entry fee is required but for boating 90$ they asked per boat. The lake is connected with the Connecticut river. We did not experience any boat riding, enjoyed the greenery, serenity and the cool wind coming from that deep blue water. During fall season, it is such a wonderful place.

Great place if you want to pick up used syringes or baby diapers. I pretty sure you can get any drug you need lurking in the shadows. Basically stay away and hope a flood washes it away.
