I had a great experience with Andy and his electrician. I had some questions about work that needed to be done and associated costs. I received fast responses and the estimate turned out to be accurate. The electrician was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He was great to work with and even taught me a little. Absolutely terrible customer service. We have been trying to adjust out quote for a week after the quote we received did not have the correct number of outlets we specified in it and someone is either: 1. out on lunch 2. will get back to us tomorrow and never does 3. will email us and never does We would've went somewhere else but nobody else was available on such short notice. But honestly, by the time they got around to helping us with the quote and make the second appointment, someone else could've came out from a more customer-focused company!

I called in the morning to get someone out to my rental within a week, and had someone out there the same day. The work was top notch, and the people in the office and in the field were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work!!
