The Wexford/Missaukee Friend of the Court in Cadillac first and foremost enforces Court orders regarding custody, parenting time, and child support. But the FOC is also committed to helping families adjust to the new situations that divorce or separation of two parents brings to parents and their children.
The FOC is committed to its mission of assisting families with the enforcement of their court orders with the purpose of providing appropriate support for children and strengthening the family unit by providing appropriate services in a timely manner and treating all parties with respect and professionalism.
