5 star. Owner can't be in 100 places at once. I understand that. The times I've been in there felt very welcome and my laundry came out very clean. I appreciate the service. I can get what would normally be a weeks worth of laundry done here in an hour. As for the price. I've been in apartments that charge 2 or 3 times the amount this laundromat charges.
I live downtown in an apartment with no laundry services, so I’ve tried out a few different laundromats around town. This one is by far the best! It is very well maintained, very clean, and the owners obviously have pride in providing this service to the community. While the upfront cost of machines seems higher than most others, I find that since I’ve been coming here, I’ve spent less on my laundry. This is the result of other machines eating coins, not working properly, or not getting the best bang for your buck on dryers. I have yet to have a coin eaten or clothes come out still dirty. The only thing that would make this place better would be if they had wifi, but I understand why they don’t. As I mentioned, I live downtown about two blocks from the nearest laundromat, but the bus ride to this one is well worth the trouble!
Appliances work great, prices are reasonable. Bathroom for customers and lots or room to fold clean laundry
property is well maintained, the owner is quite friendly, but it's gotten quite expensive. you can expect to spend $8-15 per load including wash and dry depending on what machines you use
Best laundry Matt in town! Option of regular washers or two other larger options. All of which work great. And the dryers will get 4 pairs of jeans done as well as a few other articles of clothing in less than 20min. Definitely worth the cost Needs wifi
Good prices, efficient machines. I think it's 26 minutes for a wash, and dry time will depend on size but the dryers are the big ones so you can do a lot at once and they get nice and hot. Realistically you can probably dry in 20 minutes if it's not an oversized load. And the number of machines means you can do a ton of laundry quickly for a reasonable cost. New owner is nice, very helpful. There are change machines on site and an RBC bank machine about 2 minutes walk away.
It was clean and people were polite, opening doors and stuff when needed. Highly recommended as they also have a multitude of machines and the price was reasonable!
Nice new machines and price isn't to bad at all. It has one huge washer for bib big loads. Perfect for king sized thick comforters.
People are constantly in the laundromat without masks, there's no sanitizer available to customers, customers have no respect for social distancing, no one is here to monitor anything. On top of that the signage is very aggressive and comes off incredibly rude and entitled. As a new customer here I do not feel safe or welcome. Update: from the response of the owner, it's quite clear that the safety and well-being of the customers is the lowest priority for them. The response is filled with nothing but excuses. You are the business owner. It is your responsibility to ensure that the people entering your business are adhering to the public health orders, otherwise YOU, the owner, can be fined. Yes, we are adults and shouldn't have to be "babysat", but the fact of the matter is there are adults out there that DO need supervision and that act like children. At the end of the day, if you aren't ensuring that the public health orders on mask wearing and capacity aren't being followed, that $5000 fine can come your way. You won't keep sanitizer around because it kept being removed...why did you not get a machine mounted? Yes, it is an extra expense, but it speaks volumes to your customers regarding how you value them. You also only clean ONCE after hours... seriously? It's not hard to come in a couple of times a day and wipe down heavily touched surfaces. You are taking zero responsibility with your reply here and are just trying to pass the buck. All you value is your customers putting their change into those machines. That response says it all. I'll be taking my business somewhere that I am actually valued as a customer. I've stated quite clearly what needs to be done to correct my concerns. I'm sure others share my concerns. We're in a global pandemic. Show your customers you care about them more than the change in their pockets. You should be ashamed by that response.
Clean place. All machines worked. Chairs were comfy. The owners were very nice and helped us figure out a good load size for their machines. Only $1.50 to dry a giant load of laundry, and only took a half hour.
