We stayed two weeks. It is centrally located to the Grand Canyon, Bryce NP, Zion NP, Lake Powell, and the Grand Staircase. It's a no thrill park but the price is very reasonable and there is so much to see! Full hook-ups 50 amps tool We will be back soon.
My partner and I stayed here with our 2 pups for a few months this summer while I was working in the area. The park is a simple dirt/gravel lot located on the edge of town. There are no frills but the lot is clean and orderly with full hookups. There’s a laundromat in town only about 5 minutes away. There is WiFi and they have extenders so we never had an issue with the WiFi not working. The power does seem to go out every time it rains but not for long and at no fault of the park. The rates are really nice and everyone is quiet and respectful. We would definitely stay here again if passing through or working in the area.
We had a tire blowout and needed immediate lodging. They had a spot available and helped us after hours. They were kind and gave us great info on where to get a tire fixed in the area. The lot is clean and we were very comfortable for our over night stay.
This earned 4 stars from me because of its price, location, and the fact it had FHUs with 50A electric. I would also point out that the sites are level. I paid $150 for one week. We were in Fredonia, 5-10 minutes south of Kanab. Most of the available sites are pull-through. There are back-in sites, but those appear to be occupied by permanent residents. The entire park is gravel. There is no laundry facility or pool or any other amenities. That didn't matter to us because we were there to visit the surrounding areas. Lots of options for gorgeous day trips from here. It's a quiet campground. I would stay here again.
This is our second time staying here and we love it. It is centralized to the Grand Canyon, Bryce NP, Zion NP, Lake Powell, and the Grand Staircase. The owners, Eric and Alecia are awesome. For a clean, cheap, no frills RV park, this is the place to be.
Good price. Excellent WiFi. No frills park with full hook-ups. Dirt sites. Can visit five National Parks from here plus state parks. Nice laundromat in town a couple miles away.
Great, but no showers which unfortunately were needed since our water heater wasn't working. Good hook ups though! No laundry, but there is one close by. Kinda in the middle of nowhere as in only a family dollar store and a lot of commercial shopping places are at least an hour away.
The Park Managers/ Owners are super nice people. They told us last year we could stop in anytime to fill up our 35 gallon tank. We stayed there last year for week as well after being up on The North Rim.
Simple park with friendly staff, nice hook-ups, and great pricing.
Stayed here for over a month while we explored the surrounding area. Eric and Licia were so laid back and accommodating as we kept extending our stay. They let us unhook the slide-in camper off the truck for our stay. Best wifi we've ever had at any RV park! Eric has great ideas of awesome places off the beaten track to explore. A bit dusty and no extra amenities clean laundromat located about 1 mile away, but the best price around for such a desirable location! We'll be back again!
