I've been a patient at Wheelock & Associates for probably 20 years. They are always welcoming and friendly and they are very helpful with any anxiety I might be getting about a procedure. They do everything they can to help me feel comfortable so I have a good experience. I also like their text messaging service that confirms and reminds of appointments.
I was nervous to go back to the dentist after a bad experience 6 years ago. Had to go in to take care of the issue and these people were absolutely amazing. Cared about my teeth and talked through options in a non judgmental manner and didn’t feel like they just wanted my money. Absolutely would recommend to anyone nervous of going to the dentist or just looking for one in general.
Teri was sooooo nice, and even got my daughter a blanket because she was cold! Their patient care is second to none!
I have been going here for many years and all the staff are amazing ! My recent visit with Teri and Dr. Wineland was just like all the previous visits. I was treated amazing from the time I walked in the door to the time I left, they explained everything well, and always ask if I'm doing ok. My anxiety is always terrible when I have to go to the dentist but they always respect that do their best to make me comfortable!!!
Every single person is super friendly, kind, and understanding. I am always greeted cheerfully and personally they know me by name!! Dr Baller and his staff are knowledgeable and always patient when answering my questions and explaining all procedures. They work with my schedule making it easy to make and keep my appointments.
Was shocked with the experience my mother had today. Reading the reviews online make this sound like a great place for dental work. My mother is 90 years old and has a broken tooth that is cutting into her tongue and causing her great pain and discomfort. It took over a week for them to fit her in for an appointment for today and after over $350.00 in x-rays she was told she needs to go see an oral surgeon, now scheduled a month later in mid June All sounds ok but they did NOTHING to help her with her broken tooth. The doctor sent a 90year old lady home with a broken tooth and did NOTHING to help her with the pain coming from the broken tooth. No filing down to remove the sharp edges. No medicine to help with the pain Did not pull the tooth. NOTHING not a DANG THING to help her with her pain. All she left with was a dental b$400 for a boat load of x-rays and an appointment in 30 days for an oral surgeon to look at her broken tooth. THIS IS ELDER ABUSE in the basic form. So BEWARE of this dentist----they saw an older lady and took advantage of her.
My kids go there and they absolutely love their Dental Hygienist Alisha. She makes the process so easy and painless. They love seeing her and everyone in the office.
Dr Wineland and his assistant Alisha are professional, caring and get you in and out as quick as possible. After Dr Wheelock retired, I was concerned if my care would be as good but they did not disappoint and I know I am in good hands!
Emily is always so helpful and creates a comfortable environment to be in. She tells you what she is going to do/work on and shares many tips. The text reminders are also very helpful!
We have enjoyed working with Wheelock & Associates Dentistry for many years. They have done great work & are a very friendly staff! Thanks for keeping our smiles bright.
