White Castle

Don't stop at this White Castle they will take 20 mins to cook 5 burgers. I had to repeat my order 6 times, and when I paid they still had it wrong. I ordered no onion 6 times and it still had onion on it. I asked for ketchup mustard and pickle and they put Nothing on. I am very upset with there horrible service. The burgers were mangled in there boxes. Pictures to follow....

My drink was spilled .Not a sorry or do you need any napkins. $3.00 tip . Not even a THANK YOU BEFOR OR AFTER.

The cleanest one I have ever visited, and the nicest staff I have ever met was on shift on this day. They deserve a promotion/enhancement/achievement, if possible. I recommend this location if you've ever had an unpleasant experience in any White Castle location. They would change your opinion about the store, if you're into fast food and the service. They are the bomb.com! Like 4real! Come to this location. Wish I had taken pics with my phone to show how clean everything in the lobby, at register, and in the kitchen was. Not EVEN over- exaggerating.

The White Castle experience. Nothing better than once or twice a year stopping in for a slider fix. Being from Chicago area I grew up on sliders. I don't get them that often anymore so when I do. I stopped in this store was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are clean.

Food was good and hot, but there were wrappers and fries laying on the floor of my booth, not very clean anywhere. They also had a slow touch screen soda machine, which caused a line. I will give them credit for there not being a single black person in the restaurant.

This is the closest White Castle for people on the western side of Wisconsin. My parents live in Hudson and I have made the trip here many of times! Excellent food and great service, people are always friendly and accommodating with your order. The location is nice to eat at also. I absolutely love the cheese sliders and chicken rings.

This White Castle is newer so it is very clean and comfortable to eat in. Food is always served fresh and hot with a great variety of breakfast and lunch options. Prices are affordable and coupons can help make it be more affordable. Customer service is fine and they treat people well. The drive-thru works great, never too long of a wait and open late. Highly recommended.

Great food, service was pretty good. My youngest son went up to get ketchup and they kept ignoring him while he was standing there. He got a quiet voice but still someone standing there is requiring assistance of sorts. They kept helping adults that were standing there but kept ignoring him. Finally someone talked to him. He's 9 and wanted ketchup, so I had him go up there and watched him from where my oldest son and I sat. Only issue I had, all people are important whether an adult or a kid. He kept looking at me and I just had him wait longer, wanted to see how long it took. 3 adults and about 7 minutes. What other reason would a kid be up there but to ask where something is... We had never been there before.

I have to eat here at least twice a month. The hamburgers are healthy. The fries are better than other fast food. The fish sandwich is awesome. The $.99 desserts are very good. All food is tasty and at a good price.

Order online gives u choice of drive thru or pick up. I choose pick up then they tell me lobby is closed. So have to go threw drive thru. Pick up was 1:01. Why even do online orders still have to wait in line so does not make it any quicker. Should have someone bring out pick up orders. Still took 20 minutes to get my online order. Nit happy
