Place was very clean, food was hot but just ok and customer service was not very good. Nobody was friendly or talked to you. The young lady stared at us until we gave her our order. No words no nothing! Then handed us the food. Again no words no nothing! So weird!
Came here after a nightmare at Sonic. Was in search of a shake. Finally got it here, they didn’t hit me with “machine is not working” for once. Kind older lady took my order, she offered to mix flavors I accepted, she read back my order and that sometimes can make or break how the rest of your order goes so I appreciate it. Got to the window, kind man confirmed my order, offered sauces, and even greeted me kindly after transaction finished. Seems like I’m praising service that should already be received but trust me not all places offer a basic well put order in fast food places these days. Line was long when I got there but it moved smoothly. They looked well staffed for a late evening, some wore masks, personnel there is older so you can tell your service will be at least decent. I WILL BE RETURNING knowing that this experience was pleasant.
I’m not from the area, and we don’t have white castles near me. When I saw this one, I got excited. Walked in, feet were sticking to the floor immediately but I ignored it due to staffing shortages. Went up to order, waited 3-4 mins for someone to ‘notice’ me, but again hoped it was staffing shortage. The woman who took my order spoke very broken English but her manager standing next to her kept correcting the things she misunderstood me saying. I sat down to wait, realizing my elbows were sticking to the table at which point I started to get disgusted and stood up. I stand up to see the cook scraping the onions off of a handful of burgers, which I assume were my crave case. While ignoring several other patrons, the manager kept screaming ‘GET DA MONEY’ to the window cashiers every 30-45 seconds, at which point I realized she’s trying to trick the system into thinking orders are being taken, paid for, and dished out at a reasonable time, WHICH THEY ARE NOT. After my long wait and observance of some of the worst, most disgusting employees I’ve ever dealt with, I got my case and was ready to go….. BUT WAIT… they didn’t close the box!!!! In between the register and the exit, the whole box opened and dumped burgers all over the incredibly dirty sticky floor. The workers saw me, naturally turned their heads and ignored it. I skurried around to save my $36.24 in grease, luckily two didn’t leave the box so I got to eat them. They were cold and chewy and tasted like they had already been on the ground before my escapade. Luckily, my dogs enjoyed some of the other salvageable 28 wet cold mushy burgers. You would likely have a better experience in a McDonald’s dumpster, so I wouldn’t recommend.
This is a private owned White Castle they never have soda they cut short on the chicken sandwich’s they filet it make it thinner so now 2 chicken sandwiches is really 1 but then went up on prices there sauces is old and out of date since years they don’t get new and bad service And also they put there own reviews lieng they updated the store it’s old and run down and restrooms are always dirty and out of Oder
White Castle rules. However, this one gets slow when it's busy, which it was when I arrived. Good food, decent service but long wait times. If you have a craving then it may be worth it but there's also another one down the road a ways so try your luck!Food: 5/5
This place is a pretty spectacular disaster. I went in here 3 times the past week to pick up deliveries but had to cancel and leave every time because of how totally incompetent the staff are. I would have been there for 45 minutes either trapped in the drive through or standing around pacing back and forth with the other confused, disgruntled patrons who the staff casually disregard and talk down to. One time I approached one of the workers to ask how my order was coming along and she began cackling with laughter and dancing. Good stuff.
Not sure exactly what the problem here is but weeks in a row I have tried to order food through the drive-thru. First week I waited 15 minutes and then just left the line two weeks ago I waited 10 minutes and then just left the line tonight I waited 5 minutes and then left the line in fear that it was going to be another 15 minute or more wait. It doesn't take that long to cook a White Castle burger never mind taking an order for a White Castle burger. You either need to revamp your system or higher competent staff.
They took about 15 minutes between each drive through order so I even tried calling out to the order machine to see if anyone was waiting for me to say something. Turns out they were just making whatever orders and never bothered to let the next person know they were busy. Person who took my order also seemed irritated when I told my order since they didn't fully write the order on the machine and instead partially memorized it. Thankfully the food was what I ordered though
Place was clean, people were nice. We ordered 2 Cases online, 1 regular, 1 without "ketchup" for husband and son. Forgot to check food before we left because husband was tired and hungry. We got home they all had "ketchup" husband not happy but ate some, son did not eat any because he does not like ketchup.
Service is horrible. They spend all their time in the drive thru and mobile orders that even the simplest of orders will take you 40 minutes to get if you order at the restaurant. Just don't even bother with this place. It's not worth the waitFood: 3/5
