They were not crowded when I visited for breakfast. They were out of practically every drink except soda. Before I pulled away from the speaker I asked to ensure my toast sandwiches were correct; one bacon and one sausage. However, when I received my order I was given two sausage toast sandwiches. My food was fresh but the the hash rounds were cooked a little longer than desired. The young lady at the window was polite. They were out of strawberry jelly also.
Drive through line was long but not too bad. Food was hot and filling. We changed our order a couple of times and the guy was more than patient. Thank you
I came inside intending on dining in, but I waited so long for my 2 little items that I decided to just leave. The cashier wasn't welcoming at all. They watched me wait as if I wasn't there and whispered amongst themselves and then finally asked me what I was waiting for. It was a very unpleasant experience, but because I love the food I keep coming back. Whatever happened to just good customer service?
The young lady in the drive thru window was very pleasant and in a good mood. I feel you generally don't get that at any white castle. It was a very long wait which seems to be the norm for fast food unfortunately. Not sure why it took so long because they are rushing to get the food and it wasn't cooked all the way thru.Food: 3/5
Is there no pride left in America? Never ever, ever go to this White Castle!!!! I was in line at the drive through for over 30 minutes there were only 4 cars. This was on a Saturday evening at 6:55 PM. When I got up to the window there were 5 kids working inside not a single one of them had a uniform on. They were all wearing big down jackets. All of them were on their phones and were horsing around not doing anything that I saw as work.. Not only that , they had meat laying on the counter that was raw next to stacks of cheese and for some reason 4 or 5 $20 bills sitting right next to the food. My guess is they are stealing money and not ringing up purchases by customers. When I finally got my food, not only was it not hot it, it wasn't even close to being warm. The burgers were absolutely cold like they had been sitting out for at least 45 minutes. I threw the entire bag of burgers in the trash at the Walgreens next door. Whoever owns or manages this store should be ashamed because these kids are not even close to doing any semblance of a job. This is just poor management they do not care one single bit about their customers or their product. White Castle headquarters should close this store down!!!
Used the drive thru and had no wait The only issue I had is that they stopped selling the Ghost Pepper sliders and had to order the jalapeño sliders, which are still good but not as hot as the Ghost PepperFood: 3/5
Only issue I have with this specific White Castle is that they are ALWAYS BUSY! Like, I'm talking about "whole drive-thru, cars wrapped around and into the street" typa packed! BUT,....As for the food, FANTASTIC! The workers seem young and probably still in high school but I've never once had a rude take my order, take my money at window, or hand me my food. This place besides the horrendous wait time and drive-thru, is 10 out of 10! It's almost worth waiting the extra 5 to 10 mins In Line. 5 stars!!!!
food was really food and done fast but the customer service just seemed like they didn't want to help much and was annoyed while we were trying to order Parking: about 25 spots with a nice nature view behind the restaurant
The chicken sliders were delicious this place was really clean it didn't take as long as I expected or as long as it had taken at previous other White Castle establishments
