White Chapel Cemetery

The grounds were my parents are buried are obviously runoff areas for the road because it is all mud. They can see it from the actual new building they built. The area where my parents and my brother-in-law are is horrible. Mud is over a lot of headstones! This is been going on since 2007. It’s not acceptable. Putting in a work order, 5/15/23. Called today and putting in a “hand written” work order is nuts! Very disappointed with White Chapel’s after care of the grounds! Don’t tell me they don’t see it!!

Very friendly!!! Jason and staff made an emotional situation easy to get through. He wasn’t pushy and respected our wishes. He even shoveled the parking lot when we arrived and before we left. Sad to say you just don’t get excellent & compassionate care now a days and he went above and beyond! I will tell everyone I know how fantastic you guys were.

Very welcoming and caring staff. Very professional. Really did an outstanding job in all areas. Very courteous and respectful. Would like to say our family sincerely appreciated all your staff did to help us with the loss of our beloved family member.

Jeff Eads was awesome Every email I sent him he was prompt to respond to me and take care of the issue I am super super pleased with the way the funeral went and all of the employees at White Chapel everybody was so polite and courteous and did everything we requested of them without question we had a beautiful service thank you white chapel everybody
