White Chapel Memorial Park

Roads are horrible. The place has completely fallen apart. The staff is unbelievably rude and insensitive. They have made an already extremely stressful experience even more stressful and upsetting. They are not up to date on current state policies and are extremely rude about the entire process. Every time we have been in the office we have been met with cold shoulders and unfriendliness. I don’t know if it’s the owner we communicate with or not, but whoever it is should be fired and replaced with someone who has the right kind of attitude and empathy for such a difficult business. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
