We carry about 150 different brands of furniture and we have a thriving custom order business so if we don’t have exactly what you want in stock we can have it made. We do not charge a custom order fee like many stores do and we do not charge for local delivery."

I ended paying full price for something that was off the floor and they did not inform me about it. Salesperson Ms. Carol is wonderful and tried to fix the issue by giving me a gift card for the sales tax and I appreciated that! :- However, I’m still a bit disappointed that I was charged full price for something that should of been a bit more discounted because it was not New. :-
I had the best experience with White Furniture. Samantha is wonderful to deal with. She's pleasant and responsive. Because of the delay in shipping, she constantly kept me apprised of the situation. Although the delays in delivery is a nuisance, it definitely not something White Furniture can control. My parents ordered a chair from one of the "big stores" that was supposedly in stock and it took 9 months to get. Not only are the salespeople at White awesome to deal with, their delivery guys were top notch. They were respectful of my home and actually decorated my new couch with the pillows that came with it and not to mention they were so friendly. Where those big stores charge literally an arm and leg for delivery, Whites does not. And, I live in the Howell area. I refuse to order from anywhere else. In fact, I just ordered a desk from them.
I should have left this review about a month ago sooo thanks for your patience White Furniture! My leather conversation sofa and 2 beautiful recliners ended up being such a great choice and Tyler and Scott made the delivery painless! They brought in moving blankets Taking great care of my cream colored leather!! to put on the floor, wiped down the leather and even installed the felt tabs we had for the legs so my wood floors wouldn't be damaged! I'm a very picky buyer since I rarely invest in furniture - actually my former purchase was from White about 20 years ago HA! so I'm a great judge of quality, long lasting product. I'm so thankful to the patient staff at White who were honest about timing, quality, and even delivery. I tell everyone about White Furniture! Hope you stay in business for a long time. Don't go to box or chain stores for your furniture - go down to Biddle ave!
This is the BEST furniture store I have ever shopped at! Period hands down! Carol Khoury took her time with me and helped me pick out the perfect kitchen table and chairs. I had them custom made and I know I will enjoy them. Thank you Carol You rock!
Very poor experience with product and customer service. When I was purchasing my furniture as a first time home buyer, I was very upfront with the salesman I was working with. I have a dog who lays on the couch, I want something durable that will hold up for a long time, etc. I was sold on how great their customer service was and how they always stand behind the products they sell. I decided to spend the extra money and purchase a custom made couch, with a fabric suggested by the team at White. Fast forward about a year later 6 months of use, 6 months of waiting for the order to arrive and my couch starts pilling horribly and looks equally as bad. I call White and they tell me that is normal, and there is not much they can do but send in the fabric for testing. After sending it in they tell me "a dog has been on the couch, nothing we can do. That is to be expected" After 6 months of use on a custom ordered high end couch, I am now left with a couch that requires blankets over top of it their actual suggestion as to how to remedy the situation all because I have a pet that I told them would be on the couch in the first place. I would not recommend this place at all, given the price to customer service level they preach.

I had a wonderful and excellent experience with the folks at White Furniture in Wyandotte. While the store has been in business for decades, I had never been in it. I shopped with my-daughter-in. She found an excellent quality chair US made, at a competitive price and delivery was in just four days. The salesman was helpful, but not pressing and the young men who made the delivery were top-drawer. I will shop there again and recommend them to everyone I know. Charlotte
White Furniture is the only place I will buy furniture for my home! I have purchased furniture from White 3 separate times and each experience has been excellent and consistent. I worked with Scott, and he was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The whole process was easy, and I was given an accurate timeline of when the furniture would arrive. The White Furniture delivery crew was friendly and respectful of my home. All my furniture is great quality, and I am extremely happy.
I have purchased furniture from whites on and off for the last 40 years. Great sales staff. Very helpful and friendly.
