Carrie was so helpful! I found some great clothes at a great price with coupons! The sales associates were all very helpful, gave great advice, and helped me find clothes that worked for me! The store is clean, the clothes are so comfortable and stylish, and the people working there have excellent customer service!

What a fun night, shopping with friends! I loved the pants I tried on so much, I didn't take them off! They just removed the tags for me. Got a top and sweater that I also love!

The place is clean. I had to try really hard to find any dirt or dust. The store atmosphere is disappointing. It feels like a large hallway and there is no separation that I can tell. All of their items are scattered in seemingly no order, and the changing rooms are very cramped, and they are right out in the open with little distance between the other customers. The staff were amazing. I had people find me when I walked in so they could greet me which isn't usual. Most people wait until I'm within range. The woman at the register, who I will assume is the manager, was extremely kind and went into large detail about the store and their items and sales. The have most everything you'd need, but it is all formal wear. They also have shoes, but not much. Their prices are high, which I did not like, but most of the sales were generous. WHBM also has a promotion going on where you get an extra 40% off a lot of items, but this does not apply to the final sale items, which are locked at a price floor. Stephanie - the presumed manager - who was also nice enough to ask me my name upon meeting me and tell me hers, and quite frankly I really hope her name was Stephanie because it is quickly slipping my mind actually came back to me to explain the sales above that she forgot. She was very nice about me leaving and said she hoped to see me again, which is a rarity.

They are so helpful and welcoming! Ask for Carrie! She has an eye for fashion and will help find what looks good on you...she goes over and beyond! So grateful! Highly recommended!

Whilst I love this store and the choice of great clothing, I have come to realize that the ladies working there are only friendly if you purchase something. I've been there a couple of times and whenever I buy something, they are friendly but if I leave the store with no purchases, they don't even bother to say goodbye. This has been confirmed to me by other neighbors who shop there.

I'm petite and while they didn't have petites in the store that were what I was looking for, Janinea went the extra mile to find my right fit in some awesome styles. What we could fit in their standard sizing, she ordered in petite. I have a new favorite store and style consultant.

Just recently started shopping here, I’ve been a few times. The ladies that work here are always so helpful and so friendly.

Very disappointed with the quality of the clothes for the price.

It's one of those stores you have to go in and out of frequently to see if they have something you may like or not wear. The clothing was not to my liking this season, but that could change. The service is sweet. I love this location. Everything you may need that day and some is located within walking distance.

Excellent personalized care and customer service. Nice selection of business, business casual, and casual dress items. Great sales rack! I will definitely visit again soon!
