White Oak Lodge and Resort

Was absolutely by far the worst service I have ever received. We had no hot water, so management told me to crawl under the cabin to reset water heater. Now it's been thundering and raining for 10 hours. So it's nothing but mud, only to find out the switch was not under house. 1300 for 4 nights, not the service I'd expect.Rooms: 3/5

Very clean and maintained. About 10 miles from Gatlinburg. Resort is on the side of a mountain so it's all downhill to the pool.Rooms: 5/5

We love the location of White Oak Lodge & Resort. Located at the edge of The Great Smokey Mountain National Park, you are out in the quiet countryside, but only a short distance from Gatlinburg.Rooms: 5/5

Absolutely beautiful. So clean and quiet! Loved every minute of the stay. Fabulous owners of the cabin as well to share their vacation home with us.

1st they sent me to the wrong cabin so I called and she was like oh sorry we forgot to send rental agreement for you to sign also your at the wrong cabin!! 2nd called YESTERDAY for them to fix light in shower it's so dark you cant see! Now I wake up this morning to all my kids snacks covered in ants!!! I paid so much money and so far not happy!! Rooms: N/a Nearby activities: N/A Safety: N/A Walkability: N/A

One of our favorite places. Not far from the crowd of downtown gatlinburg. Worth the extra minutes to get there. Very quiet, staff was pleasant, prices were reasonable. The cabin was very clean. I will definitely go back. I stayed in the cabins as well as the lodge. I loved both, but the cabin would win because of the private hot tub.

Our cabin was beautiful! It was immaculately cleaned prior to our check in. They are kind enough to supply you with the first amount of toiletries, soaps and paper towels. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a lovely 100 degrees. Perfect for the 32 degree temperature outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! We loved feeling like we were “away from it all” while also being close to the action in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The cabin was clean, well maintained, tastefully and minimally decorated, with excellent features and fixtures. Perfect amount of space for our 4 person family. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the views from the front porch and back deck. We’ll be back!
