White River Medical Center ER

I must clarify ... My experience at white River medical er the actual nurses Aaron especially was great with mother. Actual doctors were great helpful and listened to our concerns. The problem I had was with the higher up ... Supervisors ...Bowen head nurse man. He seems to not like his job. And doesn't know how to relate to elders. He chooses to pick on elders two three times his age woozie needing something for his diabetes.

Okay I understand if a situation is not an emergency but telling me to take 2 benadryl and then my other medication im on for sleep doesn't solve the fact I stop breathing in my sleep they are practically a joke. Oh and don't also go here because my door to my room was still open and they talk about you as if you can't hear them talking about you. I'd rather go anywhere than here.

DO NOT GO HERE If I could give zero stars I would. Wouldn't help me with cramping in my chest. Gave me Aleve. What a joke .Told husband if I am ever in wreck in front of this place,take me to the nearest vet. Go on to Little Rock,but NOT Baptist. UAMS!!

Horrible! Waited 4 hrs for chest pain in exam room. God help this place!

The worst hospital I've ever been too. Went for a jaw abscess and they wouldn't do anything for me even though My whole jaw was swollen.
