After a horrible experience at another dental office I was happy to find this office. The staff is always friendly for the most part and they managed to see my daughter who hates the dentist. Today was so disappointing though and I hope this review makes it to the doctors. I had a 3pm appt for a routine cleaning. This morning I get a call saying they need me to come in sooner so the appt was changed to 2pm. I re arranged a business appointment and my daughters school pick up to accommodate their last minute schedule change. I get there just before 2pm, check in and join the 6 other people in the waiting room. 2:20 came and no one has been called in yet. I asked the receptionist if they saw on their side that they called to say I needed to come sooner, I thought maybe they still showed me at 3. She said they know and they’ll get me in as soon as they can. I sat back down and then another patient came out of the room saying she needs to leave because she has been waiting over 1 1/2 hours and no one has gone in. Yikes, then another patient complained about her wait time. I overheard one of the hygienist? Or possibly another dentist? Ask the receptionist to call another client to say to come down now. Why? You have at least 6 people waiting. Why ask people to come wait in your lobby until past their original appointment time. All they could say was the doctors requested the appointments be moved up since the schedule looked slow when they checked it this morning.  Clearly it wasn’t. I get it’s a Friday night and y’all want to go home but don’t make people go out of their way to rush to an appointment if your not anywhere near ready. We couldn’t even wait in rooms because they were all full of patients waiting already. I work in the medical field and I get things change unexpectedly and would have excused the inconvenience of coming in earlier if it was a case of being slow and then suddenly a case puts you behind but when they called another person, already knowing how behind they are to say can you come in now because they had a cancellation I knew it was my time to go as my time is valuable and no way would my 10 year old sit through another hour of waiting. They should have called and told people to come later I would have appreciated that much more and I’m sure others would have as well. Your lobby is decent but not decent enough that I want to spend my afternoon sitting there for no reason when I could have just come at my appointment time. Next time I’ll stick to my original appointment time.

I could not possibly rave about Dr Shawn and his staff any more. I truly believe that people only write reviews if the service was atrocious or beyond exemplary. Let me say this, this office was the latter. They truly take the time and patience to not only ensure that you have no questions regarding insurance but also so you understand everything they will be doing and why - vs other dental offices that will abuse providers. Dr Shawn even cleaned off an old yellow stain and fixed my chipped tooth without asking any questions or making me feel insecure in the least bit. If you need a dentist/orthodontist- don’t take your time. Make that appointment.

I LOVE THIS DENTIST! Everyone here is so nice and friendly! I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen even when I’m late for my appointment oops. They also have a top tier massage chair which is kind of awkward to use in a room full of people but I don’t even care. I had a great experience with my braces and I get compliments on my smile all the time! I also got my wisdom teeth removed here and they were so understanding when I was panicking but it ended up being quick and painless! Love this place!

They say they are short staffed. That's no excuse for it taking 3 days more if I would have waited for them to call me  for me to get a treatment plan or pricing or a scheduling of another appointment because "the manager is not there" ?!?!?! I'm supposed to get this while I'm at the office. Then when I call they say " oh well we are busy right now so I can't go over that with you " so they put me on hold for 15 mins and then hang up and when i call back, they dont know any of my information.  If you are too short staffed to do a treatment plan , you just need to close the doors ! Not to mention it  was over an hour after my appointment was supposed to start, to get seen by someone.  I don't think I want them to work on my mouth if they are too busy to do any other part of their job .   UPDATE- I still have yet to get a treatment plan. Every time I call they say they are busy and can put me on hold which I've tried   or call me back  which they dont do  ..........

I recently went in for a cleaning the staff was amazing The doctor was excellent very patient very kind and done a wonderful job on my pearly whites definitely going back!

HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO!! THIS IS A WARNING!! This office needs to go back to dental 101. After several emails providing documentation, 3 phone calls to confirm why i was coming in.. then I get there and wait 40 minutes.. yes i said 40 minutes.. sitting there waiting to see what is happening, when will i be seen.. anything.. NOTHING.. then doctor comes in and says oh your insurance doesn't cover what you need to do AFTER she looks at my teeth and messing up the retainer to make it poke out more = YES SHE DID THAT and says let me send in my office manager to go over what is covered and not.. Is this REAL LIFE??? Why would i come and waste EVERYONE's time if my insurance and visit wasn't covered.. I confirmed when i CALLED and EMAILED and WHEN I GOT TO THE FRONT DESK that all info and reason for my visit was confirmed. LITERALLY this place is a joke.. NEVER GO BACK. I have a great dentist that did it for comped for me. I just moved here and I picked this place because it was close to me now. NEVER NEVER NEVER going back. BEWARE

Every dental office I visit always gives me some kind of issue.  I never have a pleasant experience or above average experience when it comes to clarity and straightforwardness of the work that will be done and the payment.  I have to say Maria the manager is what made White Smile Dental group a 5 star facility to me.  You can only go so far with just a nice office but when you have excellent staff such as Maria that’s what sets this place apart from others.

This dentist is fantastic. I needed extensive work done which included extractions, root canals, caps, and dentures.

I love my new dental office.!!! I am so scared of the dentist and this place was so accommodating!!! They took their time to make sure I was very comfortable.I am so happy I found a place that I’m not scared to go they took such good care of me!!!! The whole staff was very nice and professional i definitely recommend this place especially if your nervous about goin to the dentist,I am not scared anymore thanks to this place.

I am so happy I found this Dental Group! I had a great experience from the moment I walked into their clean  beautiful office. I had a lot of work that needed to be done and the Dr went above and beyond to get it all done! The Assistant Oscar is amazing. He made sure I was comfortable and was very accommodating the entire visit. I was so comfortable, I was dozing off in the middle of my treatment! I never thought I’d find a major treatment and visit to the dentist relaxing. Lol. I’ll be recommending them to everyone!
