Top notch service and beautiful flowers! First of all, I was late in the day placing my order and still they were able to make the delivery first thing the next morning. Secondly, the flower arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and far exceeded the image on the website. My recipient was thrilled and sent me a picture of the arrangement. It was just perfect! Robert at Whitley's Florist is a joy to deal with and you will not be disappointed.
I ordered flowers for my Aunt for Mother's day. She loved the flowers and the arrangement was beautiful. Well worth the money!
Best service I’ve had in a long time. Walked in at 8 am they weren’t expecting me and everyone was super nice. They had alot to choose from and I was able to get my mom some good flowers. The old man that checked me out was as friendly as he could be. Don’t find service like this often !
I ordered the Magnificent Life Deluxe Spray for my sister’s service. The flowers were pretty but NOTHING like the picture. Would definitely not have ordered that selection if I had known the outcome. Why not say on your website, “These Flowers are not available at this time?”
I grew up in Jackson, MS, but moved out of state over 40 years ago. Growing up, I recall that Whitley's Flowers was synonymous with "quality". Yesterday, I called to have a flower arrangement delivered. I did not have a telephone number for the recipient, only their address. Marty took my order and told me that Whitley's would deliver yesterday. Whitley's delivery person, a female, called me several times to express that she could not get past the recipient's locked gate and was concerned about leaving the arrangement due to the warm weather and possible theft of the arrangement :-{. She finally told me that she would leave a note at the mailbox, but as she was writing the note, the recipient opened the front door. Now that is what I call outstanding customer service!! Whitley's lives up to its reputation of consistently providing quality arrangements and service to customers. Whitley's even sent me a video of the beautiful arrangement at no extra costunlike a florist in south Florida that I recently used. I am not able to upload the video, but trust me that the arrangement was so beautiful...Thank you Marty, female delivery person...I am so very appreciative!
The flowers were beautiful and the service was outstanding. This is my second time placing a telephone order with them from Virginia. I definitely recommend using them. You will not be disappointed.
We 300 miles away and our daughter is doing a Residency at UMMC in Pharmacy. Her birthday is on Valentine’s Day. We have never missed giving her flowers EVER. Well I almost forgot and placed an order within 24 hours through the online store. Didn’t get a receipt bc I forgot to request and so I wasn’t sure if it went through. It also did not show up as Pending on the bank account. So We we Seeating it out. Sure enough, you guys came through and the flowers found her work space in that hospital. She Absolutely Lovves them and says they smell so good she can Smell them coming down the corridor. She was pleasantly surprised and so were we. Thank you all for an awesome job on your most busiest day of the year.
My son informed me at 5:30p the day before Homecoming that he was bringing a date to the dance. l was extremely worried that l would not be able to get a corsage made last minute. When l called Whitley’s, l basically told them l was throwing a Hail Mary here on getting a same day corsage made, but they were definitely my heroes that day because they were able to help me out with a beautiful corsage that my son’s date absolutely loved!!! Thank y’all so much!!!

I live in Texas and wanted to send my mom something special on her birthday. I had a bad experience from a different local shop in Jackson that i was very displeased with as I’d preferred 3 separate bouquets for separate people. They were awful- I found Whitley’s and My mom received her birthday flowers pretty timely and they looked great! I will definitely be ordering from you guys again.
