Founded in 1966 on the grounds of an old saw mill we are truly an old thread of the community. But a really clean and soft thread as we offer the newest, cleanest machines in the state. I have been a customer here for awhile now.  Never really had any issues up until recently.  My last two washesdrive thru have been unacceptable.  Not sure if their equipment is malfunctioning but it's not properly washing vehicles.  My truck still had dirt all over the sides and rear tail gate.  Even their self serve bays aren't in the greatest shape.  One bay had the scrub brush ripped from it's hose connector.  The clips on the wall that hold your floor mats don't hold while you try to wash them.  The vacuum suction was barely enough  to pick up debris off the floor.  This place needs a lot of work and repairs.  It was at one time a good place to go.  I guess I'll be taking my business to Lee Rd in Brighton from now on.

Now that it's a zax location I don't have to go to brighton to get my car washed ... I love how when I go in with my muddy truck they take time to really clean up the mud perfect service guys keep it up

Best car wash we've been to the young man that works there did a Great job pre washing our truck before going through the wash and wasn't covered with BUGS when we were finished Thank you

Did the "do it yourself" option today, and wasn't entirely satisfied, but still ended up pretty clean nonetheless. The tire cleaner didn't want to work, it kept sputtering and trying to figure out what pressure it was supposed to have, skip that wash, rinse, wax like normal, go to use the tricolor foam, no dice, so I just rinsed again and called it a day. Return customer, will continue returning.

I've given this car wash several chances but it just doesn't cut it when you want it clean, dry and value for a car wash. The staff is always very nice  which is why I give it 2 stars vs only 1 unfortunately but the equipment is just too antiquated for what it needs to do. Wheels are never clean, soap is always still on my vehicle after the dry cycle and I end up spending more time and money fixing and cleaning what wasn't done the first time.  I wish it was better since it's so convenient for me as far as location but it just isn't. The self wash bays are good so if that's your thing then you'll be okay.

Car wash sucks. High pressure wash does not work, spot free rinse doesn’t work. I tryed to use the foam brush and that leaked from the top on your head. I went to complain to the guy and all he did was shrugged his shoulders and did nothing. Never again will I go to use this car wash, don’t waste your money.

This place used to be my favorite auto car wash.  I hadn't been to it in years and just recently visited.  I feel like it's gone downhill. The employee was nice but the actual wash itself, UGH. : It left so many areas on my car that didn't get fully clean.  You could see the swipe marks from the rotating bristles and some areas looked like it wasn't even touched.

I want my money backIf I could give this car wash 0 stars I would, paid $10 for the automatic car wash.  The payment was immediately taken out of my account.  The doors to the wash did not open, I could hear the wash beginning but could only wait in my vehicle in front of the closed doors. I pulled away frustrated,  looking up a way to contact the business was a nightmare, finally found number only to be disappointed that the number did not work Now I am out $10 dollars and my vehicle is still dirty.  I live in Whitmore Lake and have to drive 20 minutes to visit a decent car wash.  I’ve visited this location many times over the years , only to be disappointed EVERYTIMEAlways have issue.  Vehicle NEVER gets clean, there is no coins in the change machine, the dispensers of cleaning supplies has never worked, the shampooing function never works Very dissatisfied with this establishment I will ONLY be back to demand a refundService:&nbsp;Auto detailing

This place should change its name from dirt squirt to a squirt of dirt! My car came out dirtier than when it went in after paying $8.50. Do NOT go into the middle self- serve car wash, soap spray has absolutely no power, it's absolutely disgusting in there, there's no warning that you're about to run out of your quarters... I want my money back! This is not the first time I've had issues here, but, I swear it will be my last! Someone needs to call the better Business bureau. Best of luck to your business. PS tried to call and complain, you don't even have the right number on your website can't imagine why!!!
